Hi, I've been using this for a while now, started when it was free, then paid for complete. lately I have a lot of issues with random things showing me
"Unable to load profile selected. Please make sure you own this profile/pack, and that it is enabled on HB Store."
And refusing to start. sometimes If I press start on HB it will go ahead and start the profile, but sometimes, like right now it is refusing to start anything.
I've disabled/enabled streaming for it. disabled - restarted HB - enabled, and still no go. Thoughts?

Also, I noticed last night there's a lot of issues with the bot getting stuck in northrend for the alliance questlines.

I just deleted compiled assemblies and restarted, it is working now. But I've noticed another issue, which is when starting from garrison, alliance side, Tanaan dailies, bot runs behind the portal tower and get stuck now. Didn't do that before, but this is the 4th time I've seen it in a couple days.

 

I will need to know what profiles (specifically) you are trying to load, and if you are able to load them out side the plugin. Also, what profile and questioned for alliance in Northrend?

 

Oh wow, quick response. I just edited my original post. there were quite a few quests in northrend, I had to babysit a bit more than usual because bot wasnt interacting with objects at the kalaku dig site. I cant remember which quests it was specifically and i didnt make any notes but I can go back and look on wowhead and try figuring out which it was if needed.

One spot that had multiple problems was thassarian, (however its spelled) the bot would get stuck trying to find him. and then at one point it was trying to turn in a quest to him on the platform rather than in the ground level chamber. hope that helps.

Please supply a log file showing some or all of these issues. I'll see what I can determine from them, otherwise I'll need to reroll a character to retest all quests.

Pilgrim Issue

Continue to have "issues" since you went modular....

Attached is my log file - I too am getting the "Unable to load profile selected. Please make sure you own this profile/pack, and that it is enabled on HB Store."

I have scanned my buddystore (pic attached) and while I see it is "purchased" I do not see it showing up in the available list of profiles.....

This will make the second major event that I've not been able to take advantage of due to buddystore/product updates (the last was the very long delay in getting brewfest up).....

Can we get a little help here? If your products and/or selling them are having issues, then put them up for free for 5-7 days while you "fix" the issue so us PAID users don't get the shaft....

If you have purchased the complete pack (which according to your pic of my list of products via search option states), then it should show up under your My Purchases section. Unfortunately I can only see 1 of your 4 pages of products. Can you confirm none of the other products are on pages 1, 2 or 3? (I do see the plugins on page 2 in the other picture). If you have been through all 4 pages of My Purchases, and there is STILL no sign of the product, then you need to contact HB Support. I have no control over store issues such as this. The event was completed to the best of my ability on Friday (Holiday Pack and Complete pack contained them as of that date, standalone product still awaiting approval), so if you still consider that giving my users "the shaft" then I'm sorry that working through most of my holiday away from my family wasn't enough for you.

I can put things up for free all I like, however, they STILL require code and testing approval by the HB Store staff. As stated above, they were approved as updates for owners of the Holiday Package and the Complete Package, but the standalone version is still awaiting approval (as a new product).

After running a few tests, looks like users of the Holiday Event Package cannot load direct from the plugin (path was missing an apostrophe for the folder name). It loads fine for users of the Complete Package, and for future users of the standalone version. I have updated the plugin for this issue, and will forward it for approval. In the meantime, you can either stream the Complete Package and use that, or stream any version, and click Load Profile -> From Buddy Store and select the profile Pilgrims Bounty manually.

 

I only put up page 4 that showed your products, none of the other pages did, so the screenshots shown are the only ones with your products.

Sorry if I was sounding pissy, it just seems that your product (which is great by the way) is buggy since you changed the format.... and when events only come around once a year, it sucks to miss one that you've paid for....

I'll reach out to HB Support.

Since I'm supposed to (I think) have the complete package - then should I be having this issue? That's why I included screenshot #3 showing I had purchased your premium plugin.

 

Popping up saying "profile can not be found" is not a bug however. This is as intended. If your account did not receive an automatic migration, then the issue should be raised with HB/Store Support as to why it did not go through. I, unfortunately, can not see individual names to accounts, nor do I receive any proof of purchase to any one user. All that occurs behind the HB Store curtain.

I try to get the events out as fast as I can, but real life takes its toll, and working 3 jobs (one of which is this) makes it more and more difficult as the work piles up. Doing the best I can.

 

So I was able to get the profile to run by loading it as a quest from the buddy store, but not directly from the plug in, which was what I kept trying to do.

The STORE restored my purchases and everything appeared to be working fine after that.

Now that Pilgrim's Bounty is come and gone, and there's time before Winter's Veil, I was able to sit down and get a huge amount of testing done for Loremaster - Kalimdor. All the Classic zone loremasters are in need of some major TLC after 6.0, but getting through it has been tough with the need to constantly update and add to current content. Managed to get through Dustwallow Marsh (Horde) and Southern Barrens (Horde, 75% of it) and make a ton of fixes and optimizations for flight capable questers.

Is this the profile compendium that used to do the MoP Dailies for free?
If not could someone please explain me where to find them? I can't seem to find them anymore

 

That would be the Pandaria Module located on the HB store. Click my link to my products in my signature, that will show all my works, or search the store for "Pandaria" and that should grab it for you. The former setup for the plugin no longer exists, it is now solely for installing QBs, running minor logic background stuff, and loading profiles and options for them. Each profile is either standalone (in some cases), part of its expansion module (classic, LK etc.) or pet of the Complete Package. Only one version "needs" to be installed to work (as each copy is identical).

You may want to check your CR. Profiles don't have anything to do with building routines based on talents and glyphs. Profiles shouldn't have ANYTHING to do with combat routine building...and I can confirm this one absolutely does nothing of the sort.

 

Your program keeps deleting all quests and not accepting any for the Loremaster quest line setup...

 

As stated on the support pages for the Loremaster products:

As for "not accepting any quests", i would need to know what profile you are running, which product you are running it from (i.e. complete package, loremaster standalone, individual expansion package), and will need to see a full log file showing it attempting to run.

 

i have bought the WoD Herb-Mine-Lumber Farm pack and got the plugin but i would like not to have this harvest lumber... is there an option to disable this? thanks

 

In the plugin, sorry I can't remember specifically where as I'm on my phone, there is an option to "enable lumber" (or disable) within either the professions or draenor section. One or the other.
