Yes there are threads describing the data WoW keeps regarding how they not only identify your computer but the installation folder itself.

well just change the string, it takes 10 seconds.... but that's not what I am talking about, there is just no way for blizz to give you a unique unchangeble ID for identifying purposes... too big of a risk of failure

This. Don't make the rest of us suffer because people want to use HB to ruin genuine players gaming experience. It's obvious that's going to put the spotlight on HB.

Does Honorbuddy use any Hardware ID change? If not, could be useful.
      Edit; grammar.

Hate to break it to you but Blizzard doesn't care what kind of *****ing you're doing.

Yea, okay, keep telling yourself that even when it makes no sense. They're a publically traded company accountable to shareholders, they don't *want* to ban 1000's of accounts it makes bad business. Their hand is forced when PvP is ruined by HB. Even Bossland know this which is why after last banwave they almost didn't bottle out of disabling arena. I hope this time they will have the sense to follow through.

At the Moment the Shareholders should be very happy, beacause on each banned Account are the next 6 Month at least 60 Euro gone (When you buy Gametime Card) on hard Botters even 120 Euro (Tokens).

I dont understand people which dont understand what they do when the press start...

If you accept the fact that Blizzard can easily detect us, then does it not make sense to stay hidden in the shadows, rather than jumping up and down in front of Blizzard giving them the middle finger by ruining PvP.
Of course botting is never 100% safe, but it's about being sensible, you'd have to be an idiot not to see that.
