  • stormbuddy 退款迟迟不处理。请帮助解决

      发了邮件提交了request。request有进bosslandgmbh的系统。

      第一次是一周多前提交的,单号#114944,回复告诉我我的支付方式无法直接回退款项(支付宝alipay),所以需要我提供银行卡号或者paypal账号。然后我提供了paypal账号。接着石沉大海。一个礼拜没回复。

      #115579这单是我怕之前的request因为来回次数多被忽略了,在5天后重新提交的,这次连客服都没分配,2天了一直是待分配状态。

      退个款这么挤牙膏我也是很无语。

      请这边中文论坛帮助解决一下谢谢了。

      嗯,我也是发了3次邮件请求stormbuddy退款,结果没有任何回音。

      我就是这么做的,我写的不是很清楚么?按你给的指示,按buddy官方的邮件指示。

      这到底怎么搞,就是强行不理就不用退?虽然是小钱但实在是让人不爽。无法进行操作没事,请帮反馈一下好么。相信你这边比我们普通用户的沟通方式要多

      商店的东西就不要买!我退了2次最后都撤销了!退款那个难受啊!
