Exactly, this is CUSTOMER vs COMPANY in the eyes of banks.

You did not feel you received the service you paid for, so you have the right to dispute the transaction.

Claiming for refunds on a service you have used is fraud and should not be talked about on this forum.
Blizz is not charging for further months as your subscription was cancelled the moment your account was banned.
It is the players responsibility to play by the ToS. You bot at your own risk, accept the ban and move on.

      WRONG.

You did not feel you received the service you paid for, so you have the right to dispute the transaction.

This works and I use it for non tangible items from time to time if the service wasn't as expected. (I don't care if the TOS says you can kill me, means nothing to me, just like I don't care if I'm using a bot, if they want to ban me they legally can, if I want to dispute against the service for any reason, I legally can)

TOS means nothing in the world of disputed transactions.

You saying it is fraud is your opinion on the matter.

It is small guy vs the big guy and banks side with the little guy every time.

      Elmo is correct, indeed.

Satisfaction from a service purchased is a subjective therm. But it is handled in very different ways in any other country, pleasant or not.

But breaking a company's TOS does not mean you have broken certain government law, so, after the company forcefully reject service, they must refund any applicable payments to the "former" customer.
