      This is the email regarding my 6 monther
      This is Colleen – Senior Game Master Allaidya. Gordon is currently out of the office for holiday, so I will be taking over his responses for the time being.



      I’d like to take the opportunity to provide a little background regarding the 6-month suspension that was placed on your account. When these programs are detected, a suspension or account closure is not the first step taken. These behaviors are watched by representatives, and noted for patterns. Once enough data has been gathered, it is determined what the best course of action is. Either long term suspension, or permanent account closure.



      Our Development team has made the decision to provide this stern warning to so many accounts that were found violating the terms of use, which were agreed to upon signing into the game. This does include the account in question.



      This suspension will not be lessened or overturned. The account will be available again within 6 months (on June 17th).

      She seems to explain two different methods, used by GMs, pure detection and bot-like patterned behavior.

      While the detection do not rely on the human factor (the GM), the bot-like pattern seems do so.
