When you have done some code of yourself, and it's not some simple copy/pasta, then I'll start regarding your suggestions.

For the Harvest, i'll review it. Since I lost some 96 accounts for reasons I now understand, I'll have 10 running and testing a4 again.

But last tests a month ago proved it to be working. Let's hope it's not CR related.

Malachai is 2 dam storng for bot , but who cares! kill it manually or hire someone in chat for 1 chaos , plugin is awesome, saves lots of time, thanks for sharing!

 

Yep, Malachai is definitely a joke except for high tankiness / lucky geared bots, or really high dps ones.

 

I'm all self found, no trading is needed whatsoever.
Ips are no issues for me, just a pain to get good ones that are 24/7 uptime.
A4 works for me, i've done 7 iterations and they are on Merc atm, we'll see if there are any issues.

Botnet's are not reliable for latency wise operations. Well, depending on which botnet, but I won't have access to those lol.

Amazing plugin! I've been having one problem using it.

It seems that when the bot is trying to get the quest states, it makes my PoE client freeze and stop working. Any ideas?

This is at the beginning of a2, but happened several times in a1. Not sure how to get it working agian.

 

Fixed it for now by deleting my settings folder. I'll update if it happens again.

Edit: Ok, it is happening pretty much every time a quest is completed. It won't start running until I delete my settings files. I've attached my full log.

Another data point is that this will happen if I just click stop and then start again on the bot.

 

Now I can't get the plugin to work even with the settings files deleted. Here's another log - any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks for the reply! I downloaded a fresh copy and started a new lvl 1 char just to test. It went through mudflats then gave the same error. Log is attached.

 

Oh did you modify your Content.ggpk at all?

Edit - Any running antivirus? FPS overlay?

 

I was running poesmoother but changed it back to the default Content.ggpk and the error is still persisting.

 

Ok yea, don't run PoE Smoother.

What you should do is, you need to get a clean copy of the Content.ggpk. Put the one you have modified (even if you reset it in poe smoother, it's still modified), into another folder for reference so we can test.

The only way to get a working copy of the Clean Content.ggpk is to download it again, or get it from a somewhere on another pc if you have it. Otherwise re-download.

The PoE Smoother, looking at the source, doesn't do what it's expected, there are bugs that the author does not realize. One thing is the Content.ggpk is hashed I believe to the PC, so the root structures are checked at runtime for updates, if it's incorrect, it will throw a Content.ggpk is corrupted error.

You can see this happen if you put your poesmoother opened Content.ggpk onto another pc and try to run it. It won't run. But if you have a clean Content.ggpk that hasn't been opened by poesmoother, it will run.

If you can do that and let me know it'd be great. Else I'm at a loss, because I re-tested on my end a few time, no issues.

For future note to those who plan on using poesmoother, don't. You will never know when GGG adds a check into their anti-***** to detect a modified Content.ggpk and flag you. It's like botting 24/7, you all know the risk, why take it. Well, I take the risk because I can afford to, but everyone else, well =).

 

Thanks, copying a clean content.ggpk didn't work but reinstalling did. Thanks a lot for your help and your plugin in the reason why I bought the bot in the first place.

 

it's freaky how similar PoE Botting progresses - compared to Diablo3 Botting a few years ago.

D3 Botting also advanced with more plugins (which was ok), more and more people tried to lower ressources needed. Graphics disabler followed.
Then some chinese programmers changed their private Tele hack to a public paid version to squeeze out the last money.

2 or 3 months later D3 Botting was dead, all accounts with graphic disabler and tele hack got banned.
Then the auction house got closed.
