This is default Blizzard mail of manualy written by GM (Not using default copy-paste templates), indeed. Its obvious that its Google translated to English, but originally sent on different language instead. By the "Botten" word, I assume its German, correct?
Sorry to say, but this is not a 72 hour suspension. It's actually a six month suspension. 4320 hours / 24 hours = 180 days (six months). This is the common first offense for HB botters nowadays. Next offense will be 18 months. Be careful how you bot and good luck finding a replacement game or replacement account for WoW.
