Hi everyone . Am new here. I play ffxiv and started a gathering job and tbh I just can't grind it out anymore to 60. I came across this website and information I'm in 2 minds on wether to go ahead with this bot? I'm so scared in losing my ffxiv account , how safe is this boy? Have you or anyone you know been banned from using this? If so why? What are your view and thoughts ? IAll I want to do is level cap my gathering class . What's the policy with square if they find out? All your answers would be appreciated, hopefully I'll be joining you boting. Just heard too many horror stories
Enough said...then just don't do it. #1 Rule: Don't bot with an account you care about. Anything beside character leveling can be done with another account. Materials, Currency whatever.. If the character isn't even max level, is the account worth anything? If not you could bot to max level and stop using it. Supervise it heavily and you are as safe as you can be.
Yeah you are right, not point in me trying and then getting my account banned. Am thinking though of starting a FFXIV trial account and trying the botting system on that to see how it works.That way all my crafts etc i can just send the items to my main account or even the gil etc.
Never played FFXIV but from experience from other mmos when it comes to botting DON'T just send stuff to your main. If there is some kind of auction house, use it. If you can trade it via guild bank, do it...if none of these exist, at least do face to face trade.
I have been playing FFXIV on and off since beta. Have also had Rebornbuddy since the very beginning. Although I don't play anymore. I have never been banned for using it to gather, or use the rotation bot. The only time I heard of people getting banned, were people that used bots to fate grind in Northern Thanalan. From what I can remember, Square doesn't use detection for 3rd party software. If they do, it is very weak. So you should be fine as long as you don't get reported by other players. The bot has a lot of features, and was worth the buy for the time I played.
Agree with stewie on this one. As long as you know where NOT to bot, running RB is very low risk to your account. Of course, and as always, don't bot on anything you're not willing to risk losing.
