So i will be using only 1 Account (different bnet account) for botting, on a different device with a different IP. Then transfer they gold via auctionhouse to my main Account. I know that there is always a risk of getting banned. I dont mind getting banned on my Bot-Account anyways. But using the 2nd bnet account from a different device to bot and transferring the gold via AH should reduce the risk of my main account getting banned aswell, right? Are there any advices to improve my "security system"?
Nah i was planning on selling blue BoE's or Mount between 10k-30k and then maybe send them via mail back to my main account.
So i've all heirlooms fully upgraded on my main B-Net account. Is there a significant increase in risk that my main WoW Account will be banned if i bot from the same B-Net account but different WoW Account? Maybe using VMware and a proxy?
They wont touch your main unless you're in-direct gaining profit from your bot account. Just place your bot account and character of you main account in the same guild, where your main account character is the GM. Deposit all the gold from the bot account into the guild bank and save it for a rainy day. I have 3 guild banks filled with gold, with 3 different alts on my main with access to each guild bank. I'm not using the gold atm though, but when I am, I'm just taking small amounts. 25k there, 30k there and so on. It's not like I'm withdrawing 900k from each guild bank at once
The question i always ask is, why do you need big amounts of gold on your main account? Need flasks and mats? Buy it with a bot account and trade it via guild bank Need an item/stuff from ah? Buy it with a bot account and trade it via guild bank Need gold for repair? Well, repair from guild bank funds Everything else like bragging in front of friends with screenshots or whatever, just to have super kewl gold cap, is a huge risk.
Rather have the gold on my main than a bot account that runs a higher chance of ban though. Unless you store all the gold in the guild bank, which you should.
No with my personal account but I have flat out had a conversation with a game master regarding my botting after my account was closed.. , His words quote" You game licence has been closed because we have identified the use of automation software, This was the only licence on your battlenet that was detected, hence I can only action against this account for such breaches against TOS, There may be other breaches your other game licences has broken- but that will need to be identified at a later date"
