The bot automatically adapts to your character's movement options, and generates a path based on the fastest method of action. If you do not have flying, then the bot will use a ground mount automatically, there's no profile settings or options that you have to toggle for this. If the bot's not moving at all, then wait at least 1minute as it may be downloading the Mesh files so that it can calculate a path to the destination. If it doesn't move after a minute, I'll need a log to see what's going on.
Toon is not doing anything. Hello, and thank you in advance for your assistance. I have a BM Hunter (Horde) that is a level 90 that is not doing anything. At first I would get an "There is nothing to do" message and sometimes an error. I manually completed a few quests to see if that would help and now I do not get a message at all. I am using "Questing" , Profile 1-100 Quest Profile Pack, Auto Loader -v2.xml. I load the profile and start. I see in the GUI the normal information with the 90-92 Frostfire Ridge [Kick].xml and the [Profile Message]: Compiling Org Quests, it sits there at this point for awhile then goes blank Note, my other toons (95 and 100, and a couple of lowbies) are working fine. and this toon has been run up from level one utilizing this profile. Not sure what has happened, hopefully it is an easy fix or something stupid that I have done. I have attached a portion of the log. If you need more let me know. Update, I repaired the software and it is still doing the same thing. UPDATE 2: I uninstalled and deleted the HB folder. Restarted computer and reinstalled HB. and now all is fine and working.
While it may seem like it's helping, a ''cut down' log can make it a lot harder to diagnose an issue. Nine times out of ten, all the information leading up to the issue and the logged information on bot startup is the important stuff. So given this, you must always provide a full - raw log. A good example is now: You cut out all the load profile information so I can't tell which profile the bot is getting stuck in.
I was seeing if there was anyway to make the profile while leveling not use mounts i have mounts off and still mounts when it learns riding
Which setting are you using to turn off mounts? If you're using a local version of the profiles, you can actually edit this line under the <QuestOrder> tag: <UseMounts Value="false" /> to completely disable usage of them.
Problems with profil 90-92 frostrigde I am stuck with the same issue, my lvl 90 warlock says nothing more to do at garrison, and now i tryed to lvl a hunter from lvl 90 to 92, it has done some Q's in between but I've been playing most of the time. Still dosnt Work tho, just flying to thunder pass, frostfire ridge every chance it gets I have tried to re-install HB, dosnt help
In both logs, the bot is heading to pickup the quest The Mark of Defiance from the object Battle-Worn Frostwolf Banner. To get to the pickup location, it's using the flight path to get there. I don't see that there's a problem here. What's the result after it reaches Thunder Pass?
Update. Okay, here is the entire log. This is before I uninstalled and deleted the HB folder. For some reason uninstalling did not delete the my document/Honorbuddy folder and what was in it. Any way, it is working now after the reinstall, but maybe you can make sense of the log and why it went south. I would be curious. Thanks again.
It seems that in this log, there was a terrible loop during the quest Honor Has Its Rewards I'm thinking somehow the area trigger did not auto-complete the quest for you when the bot arrived to the stone. So to remedy this, I've also added some logic to make the interaction code click the spirit stone's gossip option - which should force the quest to complete.
There is no Quest yet to pick up, he is just standing there, "waiting for object to appear to pick up quest"
Strange, for now I'm not going to assume it's a cache issue. Did you say that you've quested manually? Perhaps you've completed a quest that the profile isn't designed to do, so it's stuck there? Try running this command in-game, it will return a 'true' or 'false' value. /dump IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(34102) This will tell you if the quest has previously been completed. If it returns "true" - then there's a good chance that there's a cache corruption. To fix this, go to both your WoW and Honorbuddy folder and look for a folder named "Cache" - delete it. Make sure when you delete it, both Honorbuddy and WoW is closed out. After deleting it, wait about 5minutes before attempting to bot again. If it returns "false" - then that may be a result of either a bug on Blizzard's end where the phasing is causing the object to not spawn or It may be a result of you questing manually. If this is the case, then I can send you a modified profile that skips this specific quest.
when leveling and working with the garrison, the bot doesnt do this quest properly and always gets stuck. ive tried on multiple characters, and they all just hang out at the top of the mine and dont path down it to kill stonetooth. i usually have to check in and manually do this quest. http://www.wowhead.com/quest=34192/things-are-not-goren-our-way

WHERE: Around <Hotspot X="1800.178" Y="2313.33" Z="76.99645" />, Talador. HOW: There's a quest object that the bot is supposed to interact with or destroy. Instead of doing that, the bot just runs around, strafes, goes back and forth, over and over again, even though nothing it stopping it or is in its way to the object; I even tried to interact with the object myself when it was close, but it wouldn't even stop to let the interaction finish. See screenshot below: WHAT: Please find the full log attached. APPENDIX: The bot did manage to interact with the object and finish the quest, but that only happened after I stopped HB, waited for a few minutes, tried to fight manually, then started HB again. Had I not done that, I'm not sure how long it would've spent running around in circles. And I thought it's worth looking at.
You shouldn't be having this many problems. Something's definitely wrong on your end. Could you perhaps add me on Skype so that I may TeamViewer the bot to see what's going on?
WHERE: At <Hotspot X="-392.6086" Y="2256.246" Z="26.13241" />, Spires of Arak. HOW: The bot is “waiting for NPC to show a quest cursor”...forever. I'm not sure if this is due to questing manually or what; I tried to restart HB to no avail. There should be a mechanic where the bot blacklists a quest in such cases, and tries to move on to the next quest, or the one after, and so on.
