whats your goal exactly? as i can see your char is already 100 lvl and you are using the leveling profile

Many users are eager to level, and 'skip questing content' that the profile would like to complete. Although, skipping content is allowed, there can be significant downsides to doing so. If you skip content: You may not acquire enough experience to pick up a quest with a 'level gate'. (I.e., your toon is level 64, and the quest requires level 65 before it will be offered.) You may not acquire enough reputation with a particular faction to pick up a quest. You may not have completed a prerequisite quest to pick up the current quest. You may not have completed a prerequisite quest chain (perhaps from a previous zone) to pick up the current quest. There are a couple of things you can try to repair damage caused by skipped content: Hand-level your toon to acquire the needed level, reputation, or pre-requisite to pick up the quest. Edit the profile to turn Checkpoints off, and run the profile. This will force you to go back and do the content you skipped—resulting in acquiring the missing levels, reputation, or prerequisite. To do this, look for the following line in the profile, and set it as follows:<QuestOrder IgnoreCheckpoints="true">

Since you are level 100 trying to run a level 90 profile, this seems quite likely. This article explains the complete situation, and how to correct it: Honorbuddy:HelpDesk:Quest giver is not offering expected quest But, we still strongly believe your issue is one of cache corruption.
