Runs and the run configuration are stored in these folders: Honorbuddy\Settings\Studio60\StudioCompanion\Runs Honorbuddy\Settings\Studio60\StudioCompanion\RunProfiles Are both these folders empty? When you create a new run do you see the files then? When you then close HB, are they still there?
I would have to look into the log to see if there are any issues in it. Could you start HB, go to the planner configuration and then close HB and attach the log to this thread? Guide: How to Attach your Log There is also a small possibility that something got corrupted during the transition from Studio Companion 1.0 to 2.0. Doing a clean installation may help (Guide: How to perform a clean Installation)

That is odd. My testers have been running my profiles through the planner for some time now and creating runs seemed to work fine. Please start HB, open Studio Companion, go to Planner > Configuration and press "Create Run" a few times. Then close HB and attach your log to this thread (Guide: How to Attach your Log). Not sure if this has been addressed before but have you considered separating CLOAKS out from "cloth"? all non-cloth classes can just ignore the cloth drops and leave the settings at the default SELL. but - this also sells all the cloaks. which any class can use for transmog. the only way I've seen to avoid this is to go through every single cloth drop for every raid and manually change it to "keep", which is an unbelievable PITA.
You are the first person in the year that Studio Companion exists to mention this issue. But I can see where you are coming from. It would probably make more sense to add cloaks to the Misc Armor category just like it works on the auction house. Would that be acceptable? Or would you prefer an individual category for cloaks ?
FYI: Noticed that when the plugin is running and you kill mobs on the way etc, it doesn't loot them? even though the HB Settings has that checked. Is that as per design?
This is true for most pet battle profiles, yes. I had to disable vendoring, because HB kept interfering trying to sell stuff and to make sure the player doesn't have to bother with loot clutter from different expansions from the few mobs around pets, I turned of looting for these profiles on the profile level.

I can't help you without a log (Guide: How to Attach your Log). With all the things that changed inside HB, a clean installation might also be in order (Guide: How to perform a clean Installation). If you did a clean installation, you need to create a run first, before the tasks show up.
