Hey guys sorry in advance if this is NOT the proper forum to post this in, I could not identify a better one to post in... So I took about 2 hours this morning finding out why I had a charge on my card today, and it turned out to be from you guys. It was a legitimate purchase, and im not questioning it, but the charging source was "g2s" and said nothing about this website or any information. To top it off the price was in European on the site and us on my transaction sheet, so I actually had trouble identifying that it was the same charge until I was able to verify the source. Is there a chance that we can update the page that pays with a note or warning that says who the charging source would be? Just so others don't go through the same time waster I did thinking I got frauded =P. <3 Thanks for reading either way, this is a suggestion not a demand or anything. Just an observation into what I went through this morning lol.
G2S is the authorized e-commerce merchant for BosslandGmbH The transaction appears as G2S-BosslandGmbH-HB&DB on your credit card statement.
A few of the transactions did appear like that, which was far more identifiable admittedly, but the most recent transaction is "PURCHASE G2S.COM NICOSIA CY CARDXXXX" word for word, the x's representing the last 4 digits of my credit card. It was a really confusing transaction for me, and again, it didn't say anything at checkout that the charging source would differ from the site name, that was my only point.
Just FYI (and to ease your mind)... All of my purchases from Bossland GmbH have always shown up this way also: PURCHASE G2S.COM NICOSIA CY CARDXXXX CY is the Isle of "Cypress". Have no clue why Gate2Shop (G2S, the payment provider) does business out of that country. But its a legit transaction, and how Bossland GmbH purchases have always shown up for me. cheers, chinajade
I got half and half... either way I know now, but the fact is others might not and might freak a little like I did when I saw random charges on my online statement.
