Not loading profiles

ave everything setup and ready but now none of the profiles are loading? when i load them it just stays on loading profile.
i have read up online and around the forum looking for solutions i found one that said delete old microsoft .NET and studio's like 2010 versions etc and it did not work.
thanks for quick reply hoping for another so i can get it setup asap as my time is ticking on subscription. thankyou

there ya go hopefully we can fix this. PS it it happening with EVERY profile but BGbuddy And fishing buddy work great.

 

still not working

I reinstalled HB and it is still not working. iused web installer and zip file both didnt work. heres another log
i also tried loading a profile off of omation profile pack off buddy store and a regular default questing profile both didnt work.

no, questing profiles work anything else doesnt
