I used this bot just before the pre-patch and leveled a mage from 1 to 100 with minimal problems. Now I am leveling a druid and i am running into problems everywhere! This guy was afk in the bay in STV just sitting in the water... Then he would loop between two small houses doing nothing in Eastern Plague lands. And now I have been running back and forth from SW and Eastern Plague lands. I started this at level 41 at 8:30 am this morning and I am now level 45 at 9:34 PM. Something is really wrong with the bot ATM. I never leave it unattended for more that 15 minutes and I come back some times and the bot is just completely turned off. I had to also turn off food purchasing because it just sits there and opens the vendor on and off....
It looks like some mobIDs have changed. Therefore the bot gets stuck in a running around loop and is not attacking anything. A quest i where i noticed this problem is ="The Heart of the Elements" QuestId="11685" for example. Could you verify this?
I was doing pretty well with this profile pre-patch, but now it gets stuck in basically every zone, usually after 20-30 minutes. It seems like it doesn't understand how to complete many quests now - it won't realize it's supposed to talk to an NPC, activate an item, pick something up, etc. No other problems with the bot. If it's doing simple "kill x of these" quests its absolutely fine. It just isn't handling complex quests correctly.
too many bugs to list tbh. i stoped using it till its fixed. It does not combine the quest items if needs to. By passing the mobs, using ground where it needs to fly.
What do you mean you "don't know why these profiles are up on the store" ? You do realize that the bot just underwent a major update, and most of the issues you're coming across have nothing to do with these profiles at all? Not to mention, the bot is still on a [Test Release], you're not even running a stable version of the bot.
Please note that the bot is still running as a [Test Release] For anyone wondering, none of these bugs are issues caused by the profiles themselves. Currently there is a cache issue which is causing the bot to have issues determining what is considered a quest item and what isn't. This is breaking a good chunk of the quests that require gathering items off the ground along with quests that require you to loot items from NPCs There is also a bug that's preventing the bot from attacking mobs. This has nothing to do with mobIds, and is an issue caused by another logic in the bot. Another bug is that the MountHook behavior is causing the player to end up in weird locations. It's also causing the player to use their Hearthstone at random times. Repairing and buying food is also having issues. It's currently advised to have it so that the bot doesn't buy food. The next Honorbuddy update should be fixing a majority of these issues. But as of now, there's nothing I can do unfortunately. Thanks for your understanding and sorry for the issues!
Alright, I have testers running through right now but they haven't made it to Outlands yet. For Horde in Ashenvale, there was a phasing issue area that was commented out already.
All of the class quests were removed from starter zones so we had to make changes. It could be that Blizzard also changed some of the quests. I'll get a tester out to it asap and fix any issues it comes across.
Standing next to Sunwalker Dezco to get quest but there isn't any quest to take. View attachment 9196 2016-07-28 15.56.zip
Echo i got a question. When the Profile Pack becomes available for 110 , do we need to do anything or it automatically updates?
Had you completed any quests manually or changed the order of profiles that you loaded? As far as I'm aware, this quest is a breadcrumb quest, and won't be available if you quest in other parts of the game first.
Depending on how you're downloading the profiles, you already have the 100-110 profiles. They were completed months ago. However, they're still awaiting testing. One there's an Honorbuddy build up and running for the Legion beta, testing will begin. In the mean time, I'm working on fixing up Singular.
Thanks xD I ran a Tauren Shaman on the profiles and didn't experience any issue. Do you remember what class you were using?
I have a few Pandaren getting ready to check those two quests. The quests will be fixed very soon if issues are found. Along with any other potential bugs. I had to put it off for a little bit since there was a bunch of bugs in Singular that I spent all day figuring out.
