I have a question for the mods. Have you guys thought about getting someone and dedicating them to the bug tracker and making responses maybe that would help out a little and take some load off of peoples minds to where they at least know they are being heard. I think that's one of the biggest issues is being thinking their feedback and what not is not being heard or just being thrown out the windows and I totally understand nesox when he's stating sometimes he doesn't get enough info to reproduce the bug because some people just do not know how to read and follow simple instructions as they still post big ass errors in a post without using the
      Code:

      tags which is really annoying.

Its not obvious to you but Nesox does do that. The problem we have had is he is overstretched. Trying to support him better now and I hope you will be pleasantly surprised at this weeks release.

On the mods/abuse issue, we have 11000 active users of the forum and a hard core of 50 or so who hate Tony, Bossland or whoever. Both of them have spent 2 years supporting users, doing long sessions reading debug logs and doing TeamViewer sessions to sort out new users issues. Its a little unfair to ignore all that and only look at the people that don't like them.

Why add more and more stuff be4 current bugs are sorted.

      That's my main question.

My belief is that you've come to a point where starting over with HB3 would be the best solution.

I know i've raised some hell now and then but I've actually been using this bit since April and not once has it been running the morning after i've left running during the night.

Kinda wierd that i only have like 3 months left of my year's sub and all we've had to play with is pre-beta.

I actually expect to get an extension by atleast 6 months free of charge since i actually signed up for the Pvp part.

PvP hasn't been useful until Apoc got around with BG-Mode.

I'd like to raise a suggestion request.

What this site is missing is a billboard type of thing.

Information is the main thing to keep customers happy and calm.

let us know current progress in the main threads of each feature of the bot or a special LOCKED thread addressing current status of each botbase/HB-part and what's being worked on..

Also i am missing a discussion thread for the new BG-Bot

People with large e-penis have a tentacy to see only as far as their molecule can reach. That's what's happening.
      paradigm:
Customer(s): Don't Like HB, your support suck, you suck, you can *** my @@ and I want you to fix it blah blah blah....
Tony: You are Banned for X amount of time.
Customer(s) (in another forum): They suck, I asked them to fix something and they banned me, Tony is a @@, he can ## my %%...

In sum that's how it works through out the entire internet, so don't mind them...I for once am very thankful I don't have to tolerate their sorry attitudes and opinions, even if they invented the fire, or they are Einstein's grandsons.

This is another [TEST] build - 2.0.0.3895, a build released for the porpose of TESTING it to find bugs & whatnot.

2.0.0.3804 is [STABLE] so use it, if the [TEST] build is too buggy for you!

Now, repeat this shit 10 times!

Got something usefull or constructive, post it here.

Got some bitchin to do, fuck off somewhere else n do it!

Every time i come here to see whats happenin all i read is people moanin about how buggy stuff is & how the devs should concentrate on making the bot stable instead of adding new features. If you ask me what the devs are doing is great, fucking fantastic! ( go devs!! )

      [SUGGESTION]

Devs, make sure these fucktards know that the [TEST] build they are downloading & using is / may be unstable & that they may encounter problems - hopefully this will eliminate some of the shit in these threads.

      HB Community:

OMG this [TEST] build is bugy rah rah rah!

OMG this [TEST] build is bugy rah rah rah!

OMG this [TEST] build is bugy rah rah rah!

OMG this [TEST] build is bugy rah rah rah!

Sorry for saying shit & fuck and whatever else i may have said. :)

Cant expect everyone to like the devs/mods. If all 15000 active users like them, think i would be accusing them of slipping subliminal messages into the software :)

Do agree with the quoted though. Feeding us all the relevant information and latest news is paramount in keeping us happy. Sometimes feel that we are kind of left in the dark. I can appreciate that you boys are working hard, so maybe what you need is a dedicated PR type mod, that leaches relevant latest information from the devs and posts news.

Maybe it's my language barrier playing me as a fool here.

there's a BIG difference between stable and functional releases.(you can't leave it unattended)

Adding the word stable in the release thread does not take it out from it's beta state.

I mean the past 15 releases still has the annoying behaviour that the bot goes crazy as soon as the ground elevates.

And it's a mystery why the bot must recap a lost waypoint even if it does mean to turn back and run 20 yards.

Have it select a new way point instead of making it attempting to climb walls and stuff.

I notice the "beta" has been taken away from questing now. Which is odd since it still doesn't work very well.

I just want to say, I am not here to start trouble. I love to laugh and piss around with all of you guys. I would just like it to be dictated and noted that I am not one of the Core 50 who hate Tony, Bossland, and whoever. I am not a crook. Sure I peed a bit in the lemonaid but who hasn't, I dabbled a bit in the online gambling and saw a few videos that i cant delete from my minds harddrive. But I will not stand here and take the abuse of the catfish. I still hold my grounds when I say... BLIZZARD DONT KILL ME!!! LITTLE PEPETO MUST LIVE!!! To the rest of you .. GOOD DAY, I said.. Good day Sir.

After reading thru this entire thread I have learned at least one thing..... y'all all spend way too much time slingin' dirt, fussing, gripping, complaining, and slamming on each other. Who cares, grow up and get over it, if all of y'all that's doing the bitchin' would spend 1/2 as much time programming and writing code as you do posting these completely irrelevant and unnecsassry (he said she said, you're mean i hate you) posts on the forums, I bet you'd have a 100% stable, 100% fully AFKable piece of software that you can run instances, pvp, grind, farm, and quest all at the same time, completed and distributed to the whole world making all botters everywhere happy campers by now. So please do all the little gnomes everywhere a favor and stop all the flaming on both sides of the arguments and focus on coding/bug fixing..... PRETTY PRETTY PRETTY PRETTY PLEASE :) :) :) :)

ok, I'll start coding right now sir...sorry sir...:)

BTW WOW crashing at random events is WOW's problem or HB's interference with it? I can't determine the cause and I'm running the same profile for the same acc through 2 PC's, 1 MAC through VMWare and a Bootcamp Partition.

Hawker, that's what I mean, I know Nesox does watch the bugtracker ontop of doing his duty of the dev, that's why I said why not take that load off him completely give it to some one else this way Nesox can focus on the bot it's self and not have to worry about monitorying the bugtracker.

Hawker I hear you about the mod stuff but it's like being a manager at a real job you're expect to have more of a professional attitude and not be a douche or what not just because of your empolyee's are. Dunno if that makes sense or not. I just personally feel people should be able to come here and express how they feel about situations and if they fill they are being done wrong or not by something and not have to worry about getting a ban for it, not everyone is good at giving possitive critizicium (spelled wrong) and I am one of those, when I get heated and pissed off because I see some program I paid for not even working 1/4th of the way it should I get all hot headed and ignorant some times. I hope this make sense Hawker and you can kinda understand where I am coming from and I will give you guys this, this last release was very impression comepaired to the last 3 or 4 that have been given out.

I don't need help looking at what bugs is on the tracker that's really easy.
I get what you mean tho, having one person that goes thru the forum looking for posts with bugs and posts them on the bugtracker.
      If that's what you meant.

Something along those lines and also cleaning up the forums it's self wouldn't be a bad idea as they are getting pretty heavy and some threads are getting really long people really don't want to read through 100's of pages to find their answers and there are some threads that have over 100 pages like Instancebuddy for example.

After reading this I would like to add a few points:

      1. The 1st post of plugins, CC's and profiles should be more updated by the OP, would cause much less frustration.
      2. Give more information to the customers, not in page 54 of 100 threads, but on the frontpage.
      3. Focus on getting grind stable, then BG's, then X. and so on. Bits an pieces here and there is just anoying. we need atleast SOMETHING stable to run the bot.
      4. Submitting bugs to the bugtracker might be best to sort out bugs, and relase a more stable bot, but IMO it takes too much time. How about releasing the test versions to a group of people that are willing, and got the time to test it? Add an own forum for the testers who can share bugs and finds fast. then after some serious testing it could be released.

The time it has taken to get plugins, questing etc up and going is just terrible. If the devs encounter problems with mobs that pop up 1000 yards away then tell us. Keep a dialoge with the customers so we KNOW why stuff takes so long. Ive been a member for a long time, and after a long break I opened all my accounts once again because I thought the bot was stable enough to open my webshop again and start selling some gold. I was disapointed.

The last 10 or so releases have seemed great, but after a very short time another bug shows up and makes it impossible to use the bot afk for some reason.

Focus on 1 feature at a time, and give us more information please.

If I could give some advice:

Maybe a front page with some regular updates, for example: We finally found a fix for nasty bug X! Working on bug now!

Something along those lines. It would keep most of the people here busy I guess. You have a shiny front page, I think you can use it to tease the crowd!

It's in regular grind mode, without any additional plugins running (I posted it on the bugtracker under core)

Can't provide a log if it doesn't produce a error. The opposite player never shows up in the targetting list, so as far as HB is concerned he/she doesn't exist (I posted this also on the bugtracker under grind).

I didn't direct this personally at you. I meant it more that you (as in the developers group) require us to post bugreports, but when I review some of them, there's no status change, nor any confirmation, nothing at all.
I and the users probably suggested it before, to assign a project manager that is outside the developers team. That way you, the developers, can actually develop, and the project manager can go after you with a stick if you don't meet the deadlines (and I definately am not sollicitating for a job).
When bugreports are updated, even if only accepted and/or confirmed, that would already be something.

As said before, information is the key. Your starting posts with each release is a bliss compared to how it was before, but a second post with a list of confirmed bugs and possibly (expected) fix releases would also be appreciated. Saves us time and annoyance to first have to read trough xx pages of which half is meh, toss the desktop out of the window because you die all the time because of a targetting bug etc.

It would save half the annoyance if it was clear.

As said I have the upmost respect for the work you all do, but there's always room for improvements.

      Regards, Liquid.
