      win10也需要装这个的
      HB还要在杀毒或者安全软件里添加白名单,右键选择以管理员权限运行

      这个不能在win系统厘安装，不兼容，我还是下了那个wizardbuddy下载的

      不可能跟win10不兼容,这个是VC支持库,不是.net支持库
