      i'm done with WoW Legion is probably the worst and most boring shit i have ever played there is not even a bot needed anymore cause you press litteraly 3 buttons.

      Not clicks spell Battle cry even under burst to the boss . Settings displayed on the burst. The target was a mannequin boss during that time never do not press the spell battle cry . Probably correct ?

      I'm not sure what boss hp is.

      But combat routine code to use big cooldown spell on "worthy" unit which have a decent level of Hp. It will not going to blow cooldown on something you can kill by 2 auto attack :D

      Maybe it's the case?

      Perhaps. Is it not possible to make a burst at the beginning of the battle with the boss ? I will dalshe test . Perhaps you like to do when you start to boss presses battle cry ?
