ElJefe Survival Hunter

I've been messing around with a simple survival routine, and this is the result.

It's based on [CoRo-Unholy] by Dagradt and his amazing guide on coding routines.
Also borrowed some snippets from Cybernisse's excellent druid routine Uggla

[ Routine Info ]
Tested with Enyo only.
Talents: SF, Crows, Glaive, Lone Wolf
Recommend 30+ TPS

No hotkey support, but AoE is built in with the following logic:
1 target - single dps
2 or 3 targets - single dps with sting applications on the other targets as semi low priority
>3 targets - no multi dots, use multi shot as focus dump

I've tested it with my 640ilvl hunter and seems to do ok dps, but there is still a lot of work to do.

WARNING: Multi dotting WILL break CC, it's on the todo list.

All feedback and suggestions are welcome, and as usual, if you encounter issues, please include a log file.

Great work! Best one I tryed so far. I had ToH so bit slow on the focus dump. Will try with SF tonight. Also bit low on the AOE, would have been great with a "pause on keypress" function.

Thanks for your work bro, I have just tried it and compare with popular free Routine.
Result : ElJefe CR beats other free CR. I have trained both routines on dummy without any buff, other free routine made 19k dps, ElJefe CR made 23k dps. It's huge difference, congrats Btw, we need to compare with other routines ofc.

I hope to see more improvements, specially on the AOE.

 

Unzip ElJefe.zip in to the HB\Routines folder. Then start HB and select ElJefe Routine. Thats it.

 

To be honest, YRB2 works much much better, so not sure if i'll make any improvements, but you never know.

 

2 Questions to how to improve dps.
1. Is there a way to make it use glaive or barrage depending because barrage is good and glaive.
2. Is there a way to make it when lnl is procced to have it delay 3 seconds inbetween casts of explosive shot to ensure your maxing dps even more with explosive shot dot.

 

Don't know if its related or not, but using this routine, makes the character stannd still and not move...

 

YRB2 produces 3k DPS less then Thuna free. Will have a go at this

 

i get a 200 dps difference compared to thuna, good job keep it up!

I've loaded the Routine successfully but am having trouble pulling up the "Class Config" I get an orange message in log that says "Configuration opened!" but nothing pops up. Am I doing something wrong?

 

I don't think there is a GUI for it yet.

ElJefe.. I would LOVE to help you with this routine. I was going to write a hunter routine myself... but your on a good track. If you want any assistance please PM me.

Why on earth wont none of the routines cast Thrill of the Hunt procs? Happens when I am lone wolf as survival, not when I am BM

 

Yeah, this routine almost never casts arcane shot and it doesn't respond to Thrill of the Hunter at all.

Also wondering why it casts multi-shot in single target over arcane shots... like lol
