Mine should be the same though. Oh well, i'll see if I'll wait till HB is updated to see if it solves the problem, there is more people having the bug by the looks on the forum .

This happened to me earlier with GB, details were defiantly correct. I got bored to trying so I tried HB and worked first time.
I get as message at the shop saying " Sorry, we cannot find any matching accounts for the criteria you submitted, please double check your information and try again" when i try to change password... Anyways I need to head for classes soon, I'll try again tonight to see if it has resolved.
