Same for me... Tried on and off since they implemented it. Now I only try when I get the annoying popup from the admins to do it message.

1). cleared internet cache - no luck
2). logged in... updated... logged out... cleared cache.... rebooted computer then relogged back in - no luck
3). Quadruple checked the password/username works on the actual store site - Works fine there just won't update here.

At this point I have just given up... good try and nice feature to implement. But so far it hasn't affected my use of HB yet. So in that sense it not that urgent -

looks as you have to retype your login and password to make it work

 

same issue here it doesend bind while im more then a year lifetime i did the all the things save chance and my shop name and username

hey mario just retype your login and password and try again. i just got the error and it worked after i typed in login and password
