[Plugin] MapRunner

Encountered this because I was using currency tabs, put some currency in another tab and it should try to craft it, else if it cant it'll go back to normal maps.

 

I tried to put some currency in another map, but it doesnt help to me... it´s something very weird.

 

Hello community, i got two questions: Can maprunner do shaped maps? and any news about upcoming mapbot or mapbuddy update?

 

Yes it can ... the problem is that the mapruner counts them as old tier/lvl for example Jungle Valley is T1 map but if u shape it it becames T6 but mapruner doesnt count it as T6 , it still count the map as T1 ...
It would be good if this got fixed coz shaped maps helps a lot to sustain higher lvl maps.

 

Maprunner isn't recognizing orbs regardless of where I put them and just loops thru the stash over and over again, it's pretty painful.

 

temp fix i found is to stop bot and manually place orbs in same tab as maps it will then use them till it runs out and you'll have to put more back in

 

I tried putting the orbs in the same tab as well as my backpack. Not the end of the world, just doing white maps.

It is also, however, running maps that I have listed to ignore. I put Wharf under the ignore tab and it literally pulled a wharf map as it's first choice.

 

You have to put "Wharf Map" not just "Wharf"

 

did you change the setting back to upgrade to magic/rare? cause it reverts every time back to normal if it cant find currency

 

Thanks. Is there a good list of maps that people ignore somewhere? I know channel, wharf and phantasmagoria can present a lot of stuck issues

 

Not really. Obviously bot works better the more open the map. Stuff like all of the maps using the spider lair type tileset are hit and miss. Some runs you'll go fine, some runs you'll get stuck trying to go through an opening that doesn't actually let you pass through it. Best to blacklist those.

 

For some reason the bot doesn't know how to take alt orbs from the currency tab. It stops after it doesn't find them.
Putting alt orbs in any other tab makes it work.

Any fix to this?

 

Its not for some reasons, MapRunner never had currency tab support. and probably won't have until it becomes a full bot.

So no, no way to fix this if you're not a dev.

 

Funny you should post this. I just woke up and it was stuck in spider lair for 5 hours. Why the hell does the bot allow this? I'm very surprised it doesn't relog or change maps when it's that badly stuck...

 

StuckDetection *cough* the bot offers functionalities that you never exploited, don't be that harsh about it.

 

It's unstuck itself during questbot, when it didn't during this I enabled stuck detection to play with it, it then locks up and says something along the lines of already having stuck detection so I turned it back off. I'll look for the error thx

 

Is der there any way i can manually edit the maps to shaped maps (upping their tier +5)?

 

what do i have to type in the ignore list to ignore phys/ele reflects and blood magic maps

Hi, my bot seems to like Navali. Had her and Zana, Haku, Vagan & Catarina in my hideout. The bot tried to upgrade maps with her. Not a big problem but if you want to turn this plugin into a bot someday it's a thing to keep an eye on.
