Something looks wrong about that email. Can you post where it came from and the signature sign-off etc? That looks like a scam email to me trying to get your account details. -Alpha
6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 20 This 9)Was your account involved in gold selling? in the last 2-3 weeks no This, so before that you did? so its not a ban.
Were you still able to access your accounts at the time you received this e-mail? This does not look like a genuine Blizzard e-mail, it looks like a fake. Please include the exact link that was included with this e-mail.
That Is Defiantly a scam email. No one at blizzard would name the bot you are using " that way people would know they knew what it was "
You ... just gave scammers 1 of your accounts. Whats wrong with you ppl .. can't you first check IF the account IS INDEED locked before you go crazy and gift your accounts to idiots.
So if he's giving away free botting accounts, i will sign up for a few. At least i will post you screen shots of how much gold i'm making on ur account. Also, i will even let u talk to ur old toon if you want, by doing real ID for you. Thanks in advance for giving away your account to a fellow botter
The emails are real. on account management all 3 accounts are locked. When I try to log in I get temporary suspension (in game )If I can remember correctly. the weird thing is that only those 3 accounts out of x on that pc are locked. All 3 accounts were bought from rep members so I doubt its because of ownership. I have on another account email from blizz with ownership confirmation (not on any of those 3.). ... I will w8 for the response of blizz acc review... I added the detailes they asked for via webform.
I get about 10 phising emails per day on the emails that are posted on forums, but with these emails isn't the case. no one knows about them FUll email . Boss emails are real. EU requires this info entered into their webform as he said, he did not respond to the email. db00 were you both mining and herbing? Also I have gotten these before, most likely reason is player report. Did you get any whispers saying you "reported" or "reporting you for botting" ?
just mining. I saw my bots getting wispers sometimes like I know your a bot or are you a bot? are you there etc? or some funny ones like I know that your botting and I reported you and the lvl 1 toons that wispers me logs out When you got these emails did you fix those accounts via webform or via phone. btw could you please post some blizz skype phone numbers if you have. I have around 6 (from google)but only 2 are working (the numbers posted on their website aren't for free skype)
You cannot call EU blizzard. Only US. EU by email only unless they have a top secret number. How many days in a row where you running that profile and botting 20 hours? (I am thinking it might be the repetitiveness of the path) The level 1 toons are probably bots that don't want to get their main account banned, so they use a vanilla to report you. A known tactic in china to thin out the competition.
This is just a lock. Same thing happens to my friends acct when I use it, he just logs in and changes the pw and its all fine. Nothing bad has happenned here.
sorry but what? can not call blizzard? I've called blizzard quite some times. give correct facts next time.
Calling in EU you can, but it will bring you not much, as its just a hotline, there are no admins on that hotline, and the fact that you have to wait 60 to 90 minutes to actually speak to someone who tells you to write a mail, is not a good way to save time.
Actually bossland... They can get you account unlocked on the spot... and if banned unbanned on the spot aswell... Ive done it many times...
They can't, what they can is tell you wait for a minute then they call inhouse an admin and let him give them some facts and decide to reopen it or not. In my cases it never happens.
I like to report my own bots, on seperate accounts, and then play with them legit or not at all for a week. I never seem to get banned. Maybe because they see a previous report/investigation that found nothing.
