[PAID] [Warlock] Demonic - An Advanced Honorbuddy Warlock Routine [PvE/PvP]

Change log for next build - not pushed yet - need to test further.

- [Demonology] Removed settings for Call Dreadstalkers, Hand of Gul'dan on shard count, and Demonic Empowerment on Imp count. Needs to be hardcoded to perform optimal.
- [Demonology] Re-worked Hand of Gul'dan conditions now that it no longer needs to obey a setting.
- [Demonology] Re-worked Demonic Empowerment on Imp count now that it no longer needs to obey a setting.
- [Demonology] Demonic Empowerment will now empower Infernal.
- [Demonology] Tuning to Thal'kiels Consumption.
- [Demonology] Using a new sequence cast method to force cast Hand of Gul'dan -> Demonic Empowerment.
- [Destruction] Full re-code to Immolate and Conflagrate usage surrounding Backdraft and Roaring Blaze talents. Roaring Blaze talent now utilizes a new sequence cast method.
- [Destruction] Tuning to Chaos Bolt conditions.
- [Destruction] Chaos Bolt now properly respects the minimum HP value setting.

 

Havoc being casted at Eye of Il´gynoth

Hi Millz, I love your routines, thank you for your great job.
I would like to suggest two things, if possible:
- Can we blacklist target "Eye of Il´gynoth"? Because the routine is casting Havoc at the eye, and it becomes a loss of dps, that we could have beem using at Tentacles and other addds.
- I am not sure, but I think that the routine is casting less chaos bolts than it should?

At this moment my HB + Demoinic + Enyo or Elite = DPS below tank on single target ... I dont know but before putch worked relativly ok, now it sux at all and I cant change it (destro spec)

 

The problem with the chaos of the boom will be fixed in the next build . So be patient .

Destro seems to be casting Immolate on the Havoc target directly, it should be casting it on any target other than the one with Havoc. Can we get a check for Havoc duration to be less than the cast time of Immolate before targeting something with Havoc and casting Immolate on AOE rotation?

I'm also seeing Incinerate being used once after Havoc is applied instead of immediately swapping to Immolate/Chaos Bolt if targets currently aren't immolated.

 

I am having kinda the same issue as Shasbawt. Just with Affliction spec and the spell Unstable Affliction. It keeps spamming this spell instead of just re-dotting it when the dot is almost out. Could you make it to just re-dot when there is 1 sec or less or maybe so it checks the cast time of it and then re-dotting on the perfect spot. Then instead of spamming Unstable Affliction, it could use Drain Life to do some more dmg. I dont know if it is to hard to code so that when a dot almost runs out it will re-dot it?

 

Deffinitly working good in PvE (if UA gets fixed). In PvP it is not useable atm. Honor Talents are not included and the dotting as Affliction needs improvement in terms of upkeep and multi-dotting. But I am sure he will improve it

 

How is demonology doing PvE wise with this?

Do you have shadowburn talent by any chance? It'll cast Havoc on target if you have Shadowburn, otherwise it should always cast on off-target. I'll make the auto targeting prefer units that dont have our Havoc.

Incinerate is just the filler spell - sometimes the rotation moves that fast it doesn't detect the Havoc buff applied before it starts to cast the next spell - all based upon latency in game.

UA is meant to be spammed. It stacks now. Test it on a target dummy - the more you cast it the higher the damage goes up.

It uses it automatically - are you seeing it not being used?

UA isn't heavily used right now, but the rotation should be performing decent regardless.

 

First, Thanks for this amazing CR. It works great and is doing very well on raid/dungeons. here my comments below:

I can confirm it casts Immolate on havoc target (no shadowburn). Also, I might be wrong but I would like to suggest several tunings that could help.

1- When you Havoc without talent, you only have 8 seconds to cleave as much as possible. However, if it needs to refresh immolate or apply it to a new target (let's say an add), it will prioritize this other spamming chaos bolt and result in a massive dps lose. Can you change the priorities when havoc is on and no talent?

2- At pull it casts doomguard and imp before Immolate, I think Immolate first is better.

3- It is not worth casting Immolate on low health adds (like Xavius adds) as they die so quickly it wastes a lot of gcd. It should have a "burst" rotation to use on low health adds who are most likely to die within 10 sec or less.

Also, I may have the wrong settings but currently the bot will automatically attack when I target an enemy even out of combat. Is it possible to start it manually or to activate it only on combat? Also it tries to attack when I target a friendly unit, again is it something that can be changed in settings?

Immolate with CB isn't that bad. I'll increase the prio of CB over multi-dotting immo which would be bad though.

Doomguard/imp/immolate on pull doesn't make a huge amount of difference really.

It calculates the time to death value of all mobs to determine whether it's worth dotting or not. That takes 3 seconds to calculate how long it'll take for the target to die though, so it does cast the odd immolate which gets partially wasted (I say partially, as it does a large portion of damage on initial impact).
