Hello I cant reset my password to buddystore or login. I tried resetting the password and get the email with the new temporary password but when i use the new password it says incorrect password. I tried copying and pasting and entering it manually. Any assistance and advice would be appreciated . Thanks
I have the same problem, and try sometimes and my account is now blocked. I open a ticket to support. I wish that they can resolve as soon as possible
