      So I made my purchase but havent gotten a key yet any idea how long that takes to arrive?

      I have the same issue. I have not received my key. Nor can I change my password at Bossland GmbH : Submit a request for assistance


      So I have no idea why I would not be able to do either of these things.

      Me too, says it's received my order but no key. How long does it take? Used to be instant..........

      I have been a very long time user. So let me just tell you in the past, there were issue for sure with this process.

      Currently, I do not know what the problem is, but I used to be able to use the site link I gave above and get the key myself. This however is not working so I can not retrieve my key.
