Problems: It doesnt loot bosses. It doesnt leave dungeon when its done right away, it waits for 5 minutes before it leaves.
Set your dungeon bot to "always loot" and it'll loot most bosses. it still doesn't loot some like naraxas in Neltharion's lair. But most will be looted. It's a bug on HB's end.
I informed him of this already, I think he said he was working on smaller bugs like that. He wants to make sure that he has avoidance installed for VoW and EoA, these seemed to be his top priority.
Nelatarions lair: * Jumps off waterfall before first boss and is chilling below it, refuses to move out of the water until after the boss is killed. * Manages to pull Naraxas WHILE FIGHTING SECOND BOSS. Made everything alot more interesting. <- Don'task me how - seriously. * Refuses to target Naraxas. * Totally ignores magma and LOS issues during the last boss.
Something is screwy with the area under the waterfall, I think I have a solution for that to go online soon. No idea how you pulled naraxas, and I have code in there to add the boss to target list, so perhaps this is class/role related. Can you let me know which spec you were playing? The magma/LOS issue is noted. I'm not sure it will correctly LOS in a hurry, but I can at least avoid the magma rather than running at it.
Arcanemage running Millz. He targeted Naraxas already when the first boss died and started running into a wall trying to reach him. Then somewherer in the midst of the second bossencounter Naraxas was aggroed and it starting to rain down poison on all of us (first I thought the poison was some new mechanic to atleat make that boss mildly challenging - then I saw the spiked tongue announcement). Didnt matter that much since I wildly outgear HC. But we cudnt reach Naraxas later since he throws up a wall when aggroed. No idea what cud have aggroed him. Might be the Arcane familiar? Since I run a whole 5man team I didnt really keep track of the familiar. Btw - when u jump down the waterfall aggroed mobs will follow down. If u jump down by the broken bridge/ledge aggroed mobs resets. * When I switched the DPS to Enyo they enganged Naraxas fine - was only when running DB they just didnt attack him (DPS is Arms warrior (tuanha), Demon-lock and Arcanemage (both running Milllz)).
Darkheart Thicket. On the way to the first boss, the bot acts strange. While fighting a mob pack, he goes "across the street" and back again during the fight. Afterwards he mounts (why?!) and aggros the pack very close to where he was going "across the street". I'm guessing this is part of the scripted path... but it's a mob pack that it seems most people avoid. I had to immediately take over and play manually. Log attached.
Does the same for me. Runs to the otherside of the path and back like a zig zag. Luckily no mobs pulled but looks odd. Never had the mounting issue though after it...
It'll be a mesh issue. For the most part the bot retrieves a path from HB servers to its current objective, the movement code we have to add is anywhere the bot cant freely walk or for some reason won't. If someone has coords for that spot it can be reported in the navigation thread, but I'll probably be able to write around it. I have more pack avoidance code to go up soon, just need to check what the agro radius are.
For people wanting beta, we only have 20 slots available and they are all full with plenty more wanting in. I will cycle out people who haven't provided any feedback after a fair amount of time. They will be better because of the wait.
Question, why doesn't this work in normal dungeons? Wouldn't it be the same scripts basically to run normal versions of the dungeons? Just curious is all as to why normals are not available.
Neltarions Lear update: *as soon as the first boss dies all bots directly targets Naraxas and keep him targeted all the time until forced to do otherwise. If you have some forced behaviour that U use to target him its firing up WAAY to early. And once again - during the boss#2 fite Naraxas is pulled.
Violet Hold = Works well overall but does not avoid some boss mechanics still. Mindflayer Kaahrj does not attempt to avoid Shadow Crash. Feasterface does not attempt to kill Icky Goo while in DPS mode. Vault of the Wardens = Did not get on the first elevator. This was version 1.0.0.2 though. Also noticed something weird last night. When someone left the group I was auto passed leadership. Before leaving the instance it queued for another dungeon while still grouped causing a role check to the rest of the group. I am going to update some more just need more time since you really need to manually watch them right now.
Darkheart Thicket: ***Disclaimer - I run with a 5man grp - so I prolly wont notice if the pathing is strange and they pull alot of mobs - what I care for and will report mostly is avdoidance and Boss behavior* *As prior reported: the pathing is wierd. Runs all over the place. * All bosses seems to bne working fine. They avoided most of the stuff I saw.
i run 5 man group as well, just pushing my tank along when he gets stuck, the nelth lair thing happened to me after killing first boss htey targeted the 3rd boss and didnt move i had to push them all to the barrels, after that once i moved tank out of the water the followeres all followed him, watching as trash is pulled now seems to be smoothish, some rotation issues but not your fault there with LOS. Can confirm while they go to 2nd boss they are targetting naxras still. after the mobs are pulled by tank they imediatly target naxras or w/e is name is. Should point out even though I know tanking isnt supported yet, or if it will be, the tank does dodge most aoe abilities on the ground, so if pathing/picking up pulling mobs is implemented at least we know it dodges shit. Right before the 2nd boss in nelth lair, the group doesnt follow the tank until the tank aggroes the mobs up on the platform. Until then they just sit there waiting until tank is in combat then moves. Noticing sometimes healer doesnt move around to make sure everyone is in LOS or range. Also targetting seems to be off some might be cr issues. Gonna test with singular after this run. 2 bosses in on nelth lairs and they havent looted anything, even though its turned on to always in dungeonbuddy. I'm having to loot all bosses. Darkheart thicket doesnt stack when you get waking nightmare and doesnt move away when you get the fear thing.
