anyone have a good config for a fire mage 865, in single target? (aoe it's working fine)

Millz, why isn't using both stacks of Rune?

 

Any eta on when we can expect lb to be decoupled from the "full ae/flamestrike" setting?

Also will lb have an hp or ttd type setting coded in or able to be manipulated?

 

It uses both RoP stacks depending on when Combustion is next available. At that gear level, with kindling, combustion is going to be off cooldown far faster than the standard CD rate.

It shouldn't be sitting on 2 charges though.

Current plan is to remove the setting and hard code values for LB and Flamestrike to the optimal values. That prevents people setting them to be used on single target, which is a DPS loss. Haven't got around to doing that yet though.

 

A new public build has been pushed to the store, and is currently awaiting approval from the Bossland GmbH staff. This can take up to 3 business days.

- [Fire] Fixed Fire Blast usage outside of Combustion rotation.
- [Fire] Cinderstorm is now under AoE control, and can be toggled off with the AoE hotkey.

 

Hi Millz

Lately when i spec into RoP the bot stops for 3 sec before after it has cast RoP before it start casting again.
I tried it out last night in a mythic dungeon and my dps when from normaly ~300k to 100k dps. i did not get the logs but i can stest it out tonight and give you the logs.

Could you please take it out of the hardcode so it can be cast manual.

 

This is just you mate, if this was happening for all of us i there would be a lot more posts.

 

anyone raid with this? what % do you parse by your ilvl?

i am using this on my fire mage but he seems not to apply living bomb at all even tho setting is on 0 min hp

Seems the profile is broken. It doesn't even put down RoP during combustion or use the second RoP, it holds 3 stacks of Phoenix of Flames. The performance of the profile is quite poor, hopefully it gets fixed soon. I will be using King Mage trial period for this weeks mythic raid and see which performs better.

 

Why does the bot use Ice Floes while targeting friendly players / npcs? While targeting friendly NPCs it also uses cooldowns if you activate burst. Can I turn this off somewhere or is it just a bug?

What a disaster both profiles are under performing, how is this possible if these rotations are automated. I pull more DPS playing by hand than I do using Kings or Millz profile. Both profiles are just casting flame on and Pyroblasts without lining it up with fireball, which is a DPS loss. One more thing is it rarely uses the second RoP during fight, which is wasted DPS not being pumped out.

I somewhat agree. If i am standing still, i can outdps on my own versus what any CR will do. However, in mythic when i have to move constantly and make sure i watch my placement and blah blah, the bot outperforms me.

The CR isn't a human capable of thinking what the next best move is. All it can do is cast spells based on the hard-coded priority system. I am not sure exactly what millz system is vs kingwow but clearly they are different because one consistently outperforms the other.

However, at the end of the day, there is a clear path for Fire mage that should be easy to code and it should be something to the effect of:

Priority:

Combustion Off CD
• RoP
• combustion
• pyroblast if instant
• phoenix flames or fireblast until hot streak is active
• flame on if no more fireblasts

Combustion On CD

• RoP if combustion cd > 45 seconds
• fireball to generate heating up
• fire blast or phoenix flames to grant hot streak
• flame on if combustion cd > 45 seconds

of course the above is not perfect but this is similar to my brain’s logic when not using the bot.

 

what must i do to cast "Living bomb" on every target? what must i do to cast my Phoenix flames always if ready. please help me guys

 

hi guys is the legendary waist supportet? ( scorch deals 350% dmg to enemys lower than 25% health) ? i have that legendary and everybody ask me why i dont cast scorch

I remember Millz rotations being one of the best in HB - but its been around 1 year since i last used it.

There seem to be some negative feedback for this mage rotation. As im currently unsubscribed, and only subscribing if i can get this to work as in the past - im very interested in hearing your honest opinion.

Is this still top notch, and getting close to simcraft results or ?
