Uninstalled and reinstalled 2015 C++ up to patch 4. Check Greymagic.dll still getting issues

you followed this?

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable

restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart

Attempted all as listed. Twice. Still receiving the failed application start because its missing "visual studio 2015 update 3 x86, VC++ 14.0
