Hehe, yes, I'm from Europe, but I wasn't talking about that kind of power. I was talking about processor-power to run several WOW-clients at once. Electricity is free for me, so I don't mind that much. I was thinking if you have to tie up resources (in more computers) in order to scale the business enough to be profitable, because if that's the case - it's really hard to profit much. IMO. I'm just curious if my system would handle several bots at once. @Frayman @DocTalbuk
well that depends on ur system. If you have free power, you may wanna consider buying bulk office PCs from an office thats closing down or something. Will be cheaper per bot, but they eat a lot of electricity.
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.6GHz Memory: 8192MB RAM Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics 530 It's alright, I guess?
Bots have been doing well last night. Have worked a lot on auto auctioning for new bankchars. They now accept guildinvite run to stormwind, take 100g and herbs from guild bank and post in AH. For my farming chars, I set up auto guild bank deposit, that also trades blood of sargeras Both of these together will save me a lot of time hopefully.
Sound awesome, do you mind sharing the code you used? Im busy on a plugin that lets the bots go to ah and posts the stacks of herbs after every session and this would give bring me alot in the right direction!
After a couple of weeks off to let the bans blow over, I'm getting back on.. How are you setting up the subs on this? Are you using pre-paid? Paypal from one account?
Of course I just got enticed back into botting on a $5 BC account to test this really awesome DK stuff out (Thanks Doctalbuk) and of course the current build doesn't support the wow build haa
Im a bit confused here. 1. I never used bchest bots in this project. 2. The current build does support the wow build. I had a similar issue, run the launcher and it should do a 70mb update. then restart hb and wow.
A quick question for someone with a lot of experience in starting out (no pun intended ). Is it better to get to lvl 110 and farm fjarrn or just do it from lvl 100? I know gear makes difference but also mobs become a lot stronger at 110.
Yes you are right: killing mobs at 110 with ilevel around 770 from leveling takes longer than killing at lower levels. Normally I do not level up very fast to 110 (with one exception - see below) : First I start farming herbs right after acquiring artifact weapon so that there is some "base" ROI . Remember: despite tripwire there is ALWAYS the possibility of player reports and someone may report you on day 1 and your account may be closed after a few days because of this. After like 2-3 days it depends on type of realm: On realms with a lot of open world PvP I actually level quite quick to 110 (read: 50% time farming 50% time questing). Because a lot of PvP Deaths have impact on GPH and I fear to be revealed as a bot if someone ganks my toon over and over again. At 110 Blood DKs get not be attacked that often. On other realms I do some questing after the experience gained from farming made the toon level up 1-2 levels to get some level adequate gear and continue to farm. -- marrvin
I like this thread. I returned to boting when I was on the fifth page of your report. This month I squander somewhere Legion 11 accounts, but nothing I regret. All this time, I read your report. P.S My profile on a popular server today bring only about 180-200 fjarn an hour(without mining), maybe have any advice for me? Translated via google translate
180-200 is not good. Is this with my public fjarn profile? I would consider getting a different profile or farming something else. Also make sure you have the right perks, like legion herbalism enchant and make sure the profile you use has hotspots spaced apart further than 50 meters, otherwise mounting issues will bring down efficiency. u can add me on skype if you need more help. My bots are doing fine atm. Just 2 of the servers I chose for these are a bit too low pop so its a bit hard to sell everything there. Also the gold price has decreased like crazy, so I stepped up my efforts to find private buyers. I am currently looking into combining my questing and gatherbuddy into a 1 click professionbuddy profile. i dont know how to do PB profiles yet, but its probably my only option because i doubt quest is able to switch botbase. The problem i have with just converting the hotspots into a questing profile is that the farming looks a bit bottish and theres small delays at each hotspot.
In my first run before the banwave I did 18 hours, but after that one i ran all my new bots 24/7 and havent regretted it.
You only sell gold via auctions/gb? Cause I am wondering why I'm getting economy bans. I always format my pc etc so it shouldn't be the issue. However I did a trade few hours ago for 100k and boom - woke up banned.
