Why is Exilebuddy not in the buddy store? would that not motivate Developers to publish an update, also bringing in new community Developers? it would also be a way to thank the Developers for all their hard work.
I really think this would be a good idea. I 'm pretty sure that there are really good profiles that people made that they aren't willing to give away for free. This will motivate those kind of devs to sell there profiles and help the rest of the community. They only downside I will see is that many profile aren't "beginner proof" and that will give some problems for beginners, but maybe this will force the devs to create a "beginner proof" profiles.
