Hi, Just renewed my key but unfortunately the Paypal email address associated with the payment is not the same as my one for buddy forums and store. This means I can log onto HB but none of my store purchases (routines etc) are visible, nor can I see it in the buddyauth site. How do I transfer the key across email addresses please? Thanks, User42
Same issue here, I'm not going to repurchase the products I have purchased. If this request cannot be completed I will just file for a refund.
They should have had this solution ready for before they fucked shit up, I shouldn't have to hold tight.
Keys I have the same problem i paid for a new key and now all my crs are not in place with the new key. Its just like the other person said I have a new email that I used for the new key I am not gonna pay again. Please address this soon

The email that your paypal used for your purchase was the email the key gets auto attached to. If you need it changed email support@thebuddyforum.com
