So after my Liftetime Key got deleted recently due to awesome scamerinos by bossland i decided to get a new one today. 5h after i bought it i still havent received my key. First they take away my Lifetime Key now they let me wait for the new one. You guys are testing my Patience pretty good. If i have to wait 4 more Hours for my Key i expect you to either up the Runtime for 1 day or i'll just recharge my money. And before you ask me to write an Email, i already did like 3h ago.
It's all good my friend. 1) You're key won't be activated until you log in. There's no need to compensate you for lost time, there hasn't been any. 2) Keys are sent after payments are processed. If your institution is holding up the charge, why I don't know, but if the charge is still in "Pending", it won't go through. 3) You need to email. Forums can't help you with a billing issue. Give them some time to answer, and keep in mind they may not be in your timezone. I wouldn't take it personally, they are slammed with new key purchases and complaints lately. I got my upgrade issue resolved in about 8-12 hours. Edit: I get my keys within 1hr. Normally less than 30 minutes.

life happens. things get lost. people qq. its inconvenient that your key is late. i feel for you. i am a long time user and i can honestly tell you, its worth the wait. this community need good people to support it. we all hope you can fill those shoes. take another day. throw another email to support see if you can nudge them. pls be polite. there are many crappy emails flowing through support, more than they deserve. let your email put a smile on a support person's face. hope to see you botting soon.
With the shitty way the lifetime key change was handled, I doubt this very seriously. I'm sure whatever backlash they are getting isn't nearly enough.
Well said. It took me a week to get my payment info all set up. And several emails back and forth with support. just chill, it'll work out. They are busy, probably more now than ever. Keep in mind the person answering your email has a job just like you.
cukie, i know you run around on more forums than this one. and ive used some of your stuff from way back. i have respect for you and i agree with your point of view. it was shitty. but my pov is that i got to use the software for many years for very little money invested. im a money type of guy. i calculate everything into dollars and cents. i see the value, i calculate worth and make decisions accordingly. i invested in 9 lifetimes years ago, many years ago. ive invested in buddy store items, many store items. even with all the lost accounts, its still cheaper than beer or hanging out at the bar. its cheaper than a drug addiction. it keeps me off the streets. i can enjoy wow again. so now we address the shitty way lifetimes were canceled. it was shitty. i have shitty thing happen to me every single day. bossland taking away my lifetimes is not the shittiest thing to happen to me. by a long ways, not the shittiest thing. it would be on page four of a four page list of shitty things to happen to me over the last couple of years. this is why when offered a years sub for 25euro, i jumped on it. immediately. the cost of a years sub is covered in the first two months if id have subbed by the month. this means every month after 2 is free to me. 25euro a year. cup of coffee a month to play wow and bot. i couldnt feed a starving african child for 2 euro a month. but i can bot wow. if honorbuddy ceases to exist in one month, it will still be a very good investment for me. because i calculate in dollars not feels.
