      Hello,

      I dont know if i'm within the Time Limit but my key was set to expire this week but on the last day, HB was down due to a WoW update.

      Am I SOL and need to buy a new key or will my key end up being extended?

      If you email support@thebuddyforum.com and explain the bot was offline on the last day of your subscription they will most likely give you another day for the downtime.

      we are extending keys when we are done with the updates,no need to email us :)

      Thank you! I emailed and got a response saying I need to purchase a new key. i will wait till the updates are finished :)
