Expired key

I dont know if i'm within the Time Limit but my key was set to expire this week but on the last day, HB was down due to a WoW update.

Am I SOL and need to buy a new key or will my key end up being extended?

If you email support@thebuddyforum.com and explain the bot was offline on the last day of your subscription they will most likely give you another day for the downtime.

Thank you! I emailed and got a response saying I need to purchase a new key. i will wait till the updates are finished
