I can login perfectly normally on my phone.

Thats to say, my account isn't banned when I log in with my phone on the official app.

Are you running the VM on your mac or is it privately hosted?

 

I am having the same problem. Here is a copy of my log. I am not using a virtual machine.

 

Create your own thread and upload your logs there. I'll help you out
