Keep 1 of each Pokemon

Is there any way to apply the rule of keeping one of each Pokemon, specifically the one with the highest IV/CP? I want it to automatically transfer any duplicate Pokemon that it catches.

 

Check out the logic rules in the bot^^ should be fairly simple to set up

you can even make it keep the highest IV and the highest CP, that would ofc make it 2 of each pokemon^^ thats what i do

 

Settings>Logic Rules.

Click on the arrow besides the avatar of a pokemon and select "Transfer but keep 3 of (Pokémon name) with highest IV" and look to the right, you will find the "Search Replace..."
Change Action to Transfer and Keep on highest IV and CP then type how many pokemons you wants to keep (in this case for you, its 1). Click Add to multiple... and then Replace.
You're now done

I am having an issue now, after applying those rules - after starting the program, it transfers one Pokemon, but then stops itself altogether.

EDIT: Nevermind, I simply restarted the program and it isn't repeating the issue anymore. Thanks again for y'all's help!
