I know many of you are itching to bits for the new release to come out. I would say proceed with caution. As good as the HB team is it is entirely possible with such a complex update that Blizz has a card up their sleeves that MAYBE the HB team does not see.

I won't say what I would ask you to do but just proceed with caution.

      Here are my plans...

Start a new account and raise him to do some farming. Run up some gold and test this new thing out before going full bore at it. I want to see if this is stable first.

      Just saying.

      Demon out...

When you say proceed with caution do you mean that the bot is up or it will be up soon? :)

The bot is not up. I was saying WHEN it does come up we should proceed with caution.

"with no issues" YET. Blizz won't hit immediately especially when HB members not out using it as yet. I expect them to wait until HB is out and for a few weeks while they gather accounts.

Well, historically speaking - if Blizz wants to ban, they will ban no matter what HB does to try to stop it from happening. That's the risk you assume when you use this product or any other product. Blizz devs have banned many accounts because I've used HB (not AFK) when it was suppose to be safe. I just use it for combat routines mostly. So, you enlist here and drink the koolaid, your accounts lifespan is typically got it's days numbered. To think anything different, is nuts.

My point is they want to catch as much fish as they can with their net. They wait for HB because its the main fish in the pond right now. It's not that Blizz can't do when they want it a matter of DAMAGE. They want to maximize damage and to do that you do it when HB is on board not before allowing HB to SEE what they were doing.

I don't think we will be getting as many ban waves as we had prior due to Lifetime key being gone.

Pretty sure they wouldn't appreciate that here but if you do a simple google search, you can find what you're looking for young padiwan.

Just be careful. HB at least had the kindness to say we probably would be detected and maybe they are but Blizz just collecting now.

I am only going to use HB in the future to manage my combat; maybe some fishing, but certainly not professions-grinding, leveling, PvP or instances.
I was banned on two accounts 8 months ago, after letting HB lvl a character, and run some dungeons. I hardly ever did that before, and I was fine then.
I might be wrong, but I think Blizzard is very much aware that you are botting, and it doesn't need advanced detection methodes. It is quite suspect if a character flies through a certain area and stops, or change direction, at exactly the same spots. Grinding bot-behaveaur must be sooo easy to detect, just by using a statistics-algorithm.

I might be wrong, but these are my 2 cents.

I have always been of the same opinion with regards to grinding. It does not take a genius to create something that says alert me if any toon kills x of same target or targets in a certain area in x period. I think others realise this also and hence why we have questing bots now.

I think questing is a bit more difficult because these are quest all clients are doing. The only telltales are the quest done and quest skipped. They can look for matches of quest not done against a map of quest by our profiles. This is why it is so critical for our quest to complete for each zone because the map against that would create more problems.

I will quest level simply because now the questing for 100-110 is all for the zone. I always try to mix stuff in during the middle like some old content stuff to try mix stuff up.
