So the six months of falling revenue you (meaning bossland, I am not sure if it was YOU personally) talked to Mashtag about wasn't enough time for you to make a post that it might potentially be happening?
A months notice, a weeks notice, anything is better then nothing, dropping bombshell onto your "loyal" customers is never a good idea. It sucks and i wish i knew if this was the final thing and it wasn't going to change. But who knows what will happen now.

all i can say, here we go again... not the first time they have done this........................ "it was a decision we had to make as soon as possible,thats why there was no announcement" thats an excuse, you had to push the button to remove the keys, you could have posted "guys sry, keys die tomorrow"
They'd have to have a modicum of respect for their customers to do that. Which apparently, they don't have. Hopefully Mashtag didn't have to sign a non-competition clause in his contract.

Exactly my sentiment. It's pretty obvious they don't give two shits if we have any notice or not. Apparently they've taken the attitude of, tough shit. When this got floated to begin with to Mas, we should have been told. "Hey, keys might be going down at any time", fucking something. I would have had zero issue buying a 6 month had we been told. But I know for a fact the instant something goes wrong, or RB isn't profitable anymore, keys are gone, program is gone, and fuck me and my money doesn't matter because they already have it. Not only is it down, but we wont even get a courtesy warning. Take care everyone! Off to find a better solution, or just another solution at this point. Only getting ripped off and manipulated this once. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Decrease the 1-month sub to something like 5-6 euro... having a sub that costs more than the game iteself... 6 month price is good, but many people dont play 6 months straight... I for example play for 2-3 months, then I may take a break, play something else, then return for a patch and so on... Let us buy 1-month keys and sell 6 keys on discount, that we can enable/use when we want
They shouldn't be allowed to sell access for more than a month, it's shown they don't have the capability to live up to their actual word when selling them. Hell I'd be worried that they'd turn off my sub mid-month, let alone mid-six month. They cut subs because they aren't making enough money, when is the next time it's going to happen? The huge chunk they want for monthly not cutting it because people left to use other bots, so now mid month I have to fork over 100 now with zero warning? Where does it end?

man makes me want to file a false advertising claim, even with a warning they cant just remove our keys like that. hell AT&T tried that with unlimited data a few years back and revived a huge class action lawsuit because of it, then that had to grand father everyone in. I would suggest learning from there mistake before some lawyer who know that case gets on this. especially if this part of our web site is true. Having previously lost my Demonbuddy lifetime key, when that happened with proper notice, my attitude was "Ok, that sucks, but I get it." I felt no ill will toward Bossland after that. Now? I will never pay another dime to this company due to how we were treated in this situation. There was no notice nor any announcement. Several people believed it was a bug on the NA auth server at first. In a post, a previous thread was linked that doesn't even mention the Rebornbuddy product and we were expected to just accept that as our explanation and fall into line like good little piggies and pay the now-doubled subscription prices. Nope. It's genuinely the lack of notice. You can't tell me that nobody was looking at the numbers going "Hey, we've got a problem..." until literally yesterday. If that is the case, then you deserve to close. We knew this would happen eventually after what happened with the other bots, but springing it on us with no notice is why we are angry. It's why I will not be paying for a monthly subscription. It's why several others will not as well.
Honestly, I'd have happily paid a reasonable monthly sub to this (5-6 euro). I always thought the lifetime keys were an absolute bargain and couldn't last forever. I might have even considered the current (Too expensive, it costs more than the game sub) 13 euro a month sub. However after this fiasco I will not be buying anything else, sub or otherwise, from rebornbuddy. The fact that there was absolutely no announcement and they just switched off the keys suddenly was absolutely inexcusable. How do I know if I buy the 6 month key that it won't be turned off in a month's time suddenly because "it was a decision we had to make as soon as possible". I have a strong feeling that the reason this happened so suddenly is because they are planning on shuttering RB by next year. It looks like a quick cash grab to milk the bot for as much as they can before closing it down for good. I bought the minion trial today for the first time. Doubt I'll be back to rebornbuddy.
Yikes. Haven't used RB for about a few weeks, needed to do some things and a bit of a surprise. Double checked email too seeing it said 3600 days. :| I don't want to toss 60 bucks for 6 months.
The abrupt termination without even an announcement in the first place paired with an entire day late pathetic excuse for an apology is incredibly frustrating. It goes without saying but this service cannot be trusted any longer. Someone knew at the time of the termination but here we are a whole day later anyway.
