I had a small t problem, the character is constantly trying to get into this wall, instead of walking backwards or up the ramp and kill it. also it frosts enemies, walks back, falls over the ledge of the ramp and dies. dont you check where you are walking? its not blink on this low level, walking fails
The back-peddalling can be toggled off, and I don't think it is Amplify's fault the mage won't go the proper way, when I talk to CodenameG I'll ask him, but the code should be using HB's path creation to get back to the mob. Could I get a Log from you of this happening? And it'd be easy to just kill some yourself (and yes I know it sucks ) Anyways I'll have a look at it for ya. Yeah I looked at the code, and it just backs up. But to get back into LOS of the mob it's using NavigationAction, which should work perfect for it. I'll ask him when I can.
I am having a problem and I can't figure out why. The mage sites there and creates Mana Gems over and over and over. For hours on end. Anyway to turn Mana Gems off?
yea, im allso having problems with mana gems. shes just trying to conjure more mana gems when she should be pwn'ning allies
if your running an old mage from pre cata. chances are you have you old mana gem in the bag, or mana agate. so try removing the mana gem and starting the bot back up.
Sounded like that could of been the problem. Just emptied the bags completely, closed WoW, closed HB, restarted both, samething :/ If I manually click on Mount while the bot is running and doing the mana gem thing, it will mount and continue, but every hour or so I have to check and make sure he isn't sitting there for hours making Mana Gems.

Does this CC detect Brain Freeze? It's proccing all the time with 1/3 in the talent, but it's not using the instant fireball. Does it only work with frostfire bolt?
sounds odd. but while working on another mage related project ive noticed some issues with that proc particularly in relation to identification. are you running an English client?
Also just an issue about how this CC deals with more than 2 adds.. it'll sheep 1, kill 1, and then attack the sheep before attacking the other free add. Following attacking the sheep, it'll resheep the other add. It could skip all of this if it just left the sheep and moved onto the 2nd add. It would have saved my mage a lot if he did that, but a lot of times I /facepalmed as I watched him cast himself into doom.
ill see what i can do, i was thinking about running a eat/rest routine in between after the add dies and the mob is polymorphed to allow some HP Regen to happen, but idk.
I can't find an option to turn blink off.. it's sorta annoying when using this cc with archeology because all the mobs die in one hit then I blink.
Been doing more leveling with this CC.. a few notes that would be awesome fixes: - If the mage pulls with frostbolt instead of elemental freeze, it's a lot more effective to use it right after the first frostbolt so you can get another frostbolt off without the mob gaining any ground. As it is, it will sometimes pull with elemental freeze, and the first frostbolt will break it. - Personally for leveling I found blink was a bit clunky and would also extend fights by blinking away after target is dead. A smoother functionality would be awesome, though it's already quite awesome that it does this. There are also some cases when using blink that it'll blink away and use a freeze while the target is still nova'ed.. not sure if that's the most efficient use of the CD. - Frostfire bolt with brainfreeze procs. So far I have only seen Amplify use Fireball when brainfreeze procs, but I'm glyphed into FF bolt, and it also does more damage. - Option for evocation to be used out of combat as an alternate to drinking/eating when it's not on CD, as it is most of the time I use it I get interrupted in combat within the first 1-2 seconds. - Water elemental aggro if it doesn't do damage to the mage, the mage will sit still while the water elemental fights until the mob dies or your pet does. EDIT: Another problem, not sure if it's with InstanceBuddy or the Amplify CC, but it will not cast on the tank's target unless it gets into combat. Usually tank tanks away from the ranged, so I'm sitting there for 5 seconds waiting to get in combat before it will start casting. May also have to do with tank swapping targets to get aggro and the CC not able to formulate a target.
