I placed an order Feb 28 and the payment already went through. I created a ticket "Your request (#221259) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." still no news. Can anyone help at all????? do I just reverse this payment? starting to get annoyed that there's not even a single response
yes. Unfortunately the support member who handles it is unreliable. Many tickets don't get handled in a timely manner. The security settings for the shop are very strict, as it is for a digital item with a limited lifespan there are often people using stolen cards to purchase keys with fake info.
Many people are using without issue, as long as non suspicious details are used during the checkout process, ie dsadasd f34ewg3 as name is not used.
First time I've ever not received a key within 5 minutes this key purchase - ticket been unanswered for 4 days currently - REQUEST #221348
Probably not much more you can do I imagine mastahg, but still nothing at 10 days now Edit: Good news is it looks like its still sitting as a pending charge in paypal, I assume it'll drop off after time and I can try again - wish I knew what it suddenly didn't like about my details though
Reordered with credit card directly instead of PayPal, worked this time without issue and arrived in 5 minutes
