EDIT: "Che-at" is a filtered word? Can someone change the title then? So apparently, in the same way as rares, troll commons won't be solved twice until all of them have been solved. When the random number generator decides which artifact your next solve will be, it will reroll if it lands on a common artifact you already have (UNLESS you have already solved them all) and thus giving you a better chance to land on Zin'Rokh. This means that you should level to 450 (min level to get the sword) without solving any troll artifacts, then start solving trolls until you have all the commons. If you still don't have the sword by then, level arch on another char and do the same. For most people this is a pain, but for botters...not so much. According to the maths from the source(posted below), the chances of getting Zin'Rokh when you only have 1 common left to solve is 12.5%, and the chance of getting it during your entire time completing troll artifacts until you've done them all is 42.75%. So basically, for every character you get to 450 arch without using trolls then start using this method, you have almost a 50% chance to get the sword meaning you will probably get it after making as low as 1-2 alts. Yes this has changed, you can now only hold a max of 200 fragments. You are pretty much forced to solve @ 200 fragments. Before the change I did this by hand, saved over 2500 fragments before I starting solving troll at lvl 450. I had no luck rolling Zinny either. Then I got Honorbuddy on the job. =) Ty HB/GB/AB
I think Eastern Kingdom and Nortrend are the only 2 that Spawn Troll... not 100% sure. If your main goal is the sword I would highly reccomend just doing Eastern Kingdom.
Well I was thinking, if you can't stash more than 200 fragments, you could just do kalimdor until 450 then grab troll frags from eastern kingdoms right?
Sure, thats just as productive, if you're after BOA epics though I don't believe you will see any untill 450 any ways. Either way nothing wrong with going to Kalimdor... Really just depends on what you're after. Good Luck
Actually, Kalimdor has troll spots too. I noticed it when I ran over to Kali to do some NE solves. It's all just chance. Best thing to do is just keep running your bot. It'll show eventually.
