      Could we please get an update to this plug-in? Would be nice for those of us who are engineers.

      Sorry guys, haven't been around the forums much lately.

      The plugin was designed to fix a few issues in HB that have since been fixed in HB itself, so the code is likely causing issues.

      I'll take a look at it tomorrow, probably revert it to it's earlier functionality (sans looting/skinning fixes). :)

      Change that, figured I'd do something useful before going to bed. Plugin is functional again! :D

      Let me know if you find any issues, I'll monitor this thread closely for a while.

      Again, sorry for the slow update for those of you that were using this plugin. I'll make it up to you somehow. :p

      Updated again, fixed a couple issues in regards to the plugin checking if skill levels are high enough and whether the user has the proper tools.

      The bot just killed a thrug outside deadmines cave, then went down in the cave to mine then up to loot the guy then down in the cave to do a quest :D this needs improvement.

      When you say down into the cave to mine, you mean a mining node, or a harvestable corpse?

      If it was a mining node, this plugin has nothing to do with that, it doesn't alter looting or mining behaviour at all anymore (since HB changed/fixed some things). All it's intended to do is harvest minerals/herbs/engineering parts from corpses.


      EDIT: As a note, I could likely change it so that it prioritizes the nearest activity (when it comes to looting or harvesting nodes) instead of always harvesting over looting (which is what HB determines it should do, NOT what this plugin determines), but this would cause problems if HB ever changes the priority internally, which I'm somewhat trying to avoid (since it caused issues last time I added things like that, just removed them to fix the plugin).

      yes it went down to mine a copper node. i think they made hb prioritate harvesting nodes/plants before looting mobs was to not get nodes stolen by others as you run around looting mobs :D but in cases when you harvest in caves it can be loads of running.

      Edit: what about a little rquest, an UI with settings where you can make options like loot mobs before mining nodes or not :D

      Does this only work on the HB side? I've noticed with GB2 it doesn't try mining elementals.

      Also, is there a way to make this work in a PvP environment where it will 'remove insignia' from enemy players after a kill (thus looting small amounts of change).??

      I haven't tested it with GB2, so not certain. I can play around with it and see what I can do.

      As for removing insignias, yeah, I could do that, though it would have to be a toggled option, as looting insignias in AV also loots a lot of other junk that will clutter up inventories pretty fast, I'll try and put something together though.

      I would REALLY appreciate the PvP.. even if its a toggle setting.

      And ya.. as for GB2 it doesn't work, confirmed on a few toons. Not sure if I am doing something wrong (put in plugin folder, enabled plugin and started GB2 (in HB of course).

      Is there a way to implement a "Do not loot corpses" when not skinnable function? It saves lots of bag space while mining or doing archeology......

      menf: would suggest lootfilter or something like that.. works real nice and very customizable. I've got various profiles for different situations.. one for skinning, herbing, mining, outright grinding and so on... that way my bags are never fill ed with stuff i do not want. Check it out .. its on Curse.com

      i have noticed that it will attempt to mine mobs but HB then just runs off like it wasn't doing anything is there some that i can change to make this work?

      I tried using this the day 4.2 dropped. doesnt skin. not sure if you are aware but its kind of important seeing as how savage is retardedly expensive right now. thank you

      Necrotizing (yes, I just made that word up) an old thread here, but this is the closest thing I could find to what I was looking for. Any chance of either you (the author and OP), or someone else, updating this to work with 4.3? I'd love to have a corpse harvester to engineer, herbalize, mine, and skin corpses that can be gathered. HB doesn't do this without a plugin, and this (and the archived Corpse Harvester plugin) are the only two things I've found that claim to harvest the harvestable corpses. This thing would be incredibly helpful while out gathering and questing.

      Edit: Found one that's doing exactly what I'm looking for, though right now the name escapes me.
