During beta testing the default settings will change a lot. At the moment, they will probably favor Holy / Discipline - Dedicated healer, as that is what I'm testing. When you download the latest build its a good idea to check ALL of your settings.
Hey fps .. great CC fo sho and keep up the good work. I got a suggestion if it's possible. Maybe add a stop casting when mob is at 30%, then at 25% it will use SW, this would be handy with Glyph of Spirit Tap. Since it restores 12% total mana over 12 secs.
It already uses Shadow Word: Death if the target's health is less than 25%. HB does not update health checks fast enough and sometimes it will see a different value to what is displayed in the characters health bar.
dam good work on the disc healing just healed a very well undergeared tank through lost city normal he had 109k hp buffed blood dk...
I'm glad someone has tested it at higher levels. So far, I've only healed 55-65 (every instances in between, with both Holy and Discipline specs). EDIT: Was there anything obvious that could have been improved upon or needs to be changed?
SVN updated. Build 0.0.75 Support for pet healing. Optional setting on the healing tab. Dispel / Cure Disease during the combat logic fixed - I bet you never know it was broken Combat movement tweaked Tomorrow I'll add support for Resurrection. I'm going back to bed - I got up because I had a great idea on how to tweak some code, that was 3 hours ago EDIT: Non-tank healing re-prioritisation. If a party members health % is more than 40% below the tank it will heal prioritise the party member - but only if the tanks health is above 70%. This prevents it from spam healing the tank and forgetting about other party members
Will try this out on my lvl 85 after a bit... current leveling another and its working quite nicely... dps is so so in instances (specially since its running BoA's) but i think alot of it has to do with IB more then anything cause during questing it works almost flawlessly
Ya almost.. there is no kitchen sink to wash the blood off my hands when i run outta mana and have to melee them to death cause SOMEONE left wand logic out LOL But ya it works great I can't test the Hymm of HOpe on my current yet (level too low) but wow does it run outta mana fast. But if i remember right thats an issue with most squishies at low level til they get the regen abilities.
download an SVN client.. install it, reboot (most require a reboot to be safe).. then goto Windows Explorer.. goto your CC folder in HB, create a folder called FPSWare Priest then right mouse click on that and there should be something that says SVN Checkout or along those lines, click on it.. enter the URL on the first post of this thread and then good to go... then everytime he says there's an update and you want to update it.. you close HB, then goto that folder, right mouse click and do the Update option Pretty simple
it didnt seem to use smite and as a bot i think inner will is better then inner fire but once i found the option to change i was pretty happy. I am not that good healing with disc so i couldn't really say if you need to add something in there.
Jawn's reply is all you need. EDIT: I purposefully didn't give instructions on how to dowload / install / setup a SVN. As this was supposed to be an "advanced user beta test".
I'm getting ready to open this up to the public (download zip). Before I do so is there anything important I need to add / change / do? I'm waiting until my character is level 80, but the way this in leveling - and using Kick's awesome profiles - that will only be a few days off. EDIT: The following spells need to be added or tested first: * Prayer of Mending * Divine Hymn * Mind Spike (anyone tested this one yet?) * Mind Sear (Though, I'm debating adding this) * Mass Dispel (I'm debating adding this)
