I still would like to know if you can let this run AFK without issue? Whole point of botting is to be able to do other things while the bot does the work in WoW. Any time you have to "babysit" a bot, it really defeats the purpose. So, of all the bragging about this CC nobody has said wheither or not they are running it AFK or not, and I'd love to know. You seem to miss-understand and assume that HonorBuddy is all about getting the bot to do the work for you wise you just sit back and have a margarita? You cant expect to click a button and have a program do all the work, it's just not logical. The whole purpose of this CC is to 'assist' you in healing wise running dungeons and heroic dungeons. You can however run the CC on it's own and leave it to it, but be warned it will most lightly will do one of the following: .Die because of a AoE attack that it can not avoid. .Get stuck and be banned/reported for botting. .Simply just act like a nub and walk aimlessly into groups of trash. So a simple answer to your question would be YES... HOWEVER YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Lol, yes while most aspects of hb are afk'd. Ib and pvp should not be because it is so easy to see who a bot is. Now, to itterate what haz was saying the bot merely assists you. There are way to many variables in dungeons to afk through them. On the plus side is when using a cc for a healer your throughput/efficiency is really good. With most dps Cc's you will not be able to match the dps output it can do simply due to a computer/applications reaction times to procs and stuff is in the millisecond while a human if you are really sharp is around at best 400 milliseconds or .4seconds. But please go ahead and afk through stuff. I will be looking forward to your ban post in the coming weeks.
This CC is designed (from what I've experienced) for high level toons as there is no real configuration to disable certain spells. It continues to attempt to cast some spells when the toon does not know them yet due to level. SO until that is put in (if it ever is) do not AFK this CC without a HIGH risk of being reported. DOn't get me wrong the CC is nice, it does a very nice job in most instances i've run it in... but as a full AFK, it won't happen for awhile. Looking forward to future improvements on this as there are very very few healing CC's that actually *work*. Most work eh somewhat but its more like doing a lazy raider then letting the bot do the work AND move as its ment to.
When Honorbuddy finally gets an update of InstanceBuddy I would hope to make this fully AFK. Until then there is not much I can do as InstanceBuddy is only compatible with three Cataclysm dungeons! Unless you run it manually with the CC healing for you...
Sorry to hear you are not doing well. But just wanted to let you know, im loving your CC it's doing well on my badly geared druid and will soon have the gear for HC's im in no doubt about that. Only one thing i could point a finger at, is the double cast of Regrowth, seen you made some adjustment to that spell. but after some time, I've learned to just hit the movement key after each regrowth cast to save the mana of a useless double cast. So all in all a really good CC best healing one I've had tried so fare. If you need a log to look into to the double cast at some time, just say the word and i will gladly be casting one at you, or two.. Please strongly consider casting Thorns on the tank, especially if Thorns glyph is present. Seems like this wouldn't be too sophistated to code in and would further embellish this already great profile
Ok, I'm stumped. I've read all 23 pages of comments and haven't found any help. This CC works great for me... when it works. I run the CC on DoNothing mode and follow the group through the instances. It worked beautifully last night and now this morning it wont cast at all. No MOTW at the beginning of the instance and it won't heal anyone in the group. This is the second time this has happened to me. I was running this CC on another computer and it worked fine one instance and then later on in the day it wouldn't cast. I've tried fresh installs of HB and the CC. Is it possible that something is getting messed up when I bot a different toon? For example.. I run through some heroics with my druid.. bot another toon all night, wake up in the morning and try to bot the druid and now the CC doesn't work. Thats the only thing I can come up with. Any help would be appreciated. I should also mention that I also tried to run this in both IB mode and Combat/Heal mode and I still couldn't get it to cast.
You should NOT be running the CC on Do Nothing or Assist mode. As stated in the first post: 1. HazzDruid Dungeon (HDD) can ONLY be used when in INSTANCEBUDDY mode.
I read the first post and understand that you only support IB.. thats why I added the last part about not being able to get the CC to cast in IB mode either. I have used DoNothing mode exclusively and had very few problems. When I do have a problem with the CC the first thing I do is check for updates to HB or the CC.. if I still can't get it to work, I try to use it with IB as a last resort. So far, running the CC in IB mode has never caused it to spontaneously work when it didn't work in the other modes. As for my first post, replace "DoNothing" with "Instancebuddy" and it is still an accurate description of my problem. Thanks for the response.. I'm going to try LazyRaider and see if that helps. If it does, I'll be sure to post here.
Hey, all works perfect apart form one thing, it never uses nourish .. it spams regrowth which is a huge mana hog .. anything i can do? .. im a lvl 70 druid
I love this CC but can we get an option to disable remove corruption? This is needed for 4.1 as it will auto spam and remove buffs
at 85 with 344 item level this CC heals better then i do ) lol.... in fact when i get in trouble and i see i start loosing people i do "disable movement" on the bot then use this CC. lol ... a guy just asked me now how can u heal and talk so much while u heal ... LAWL ))) .... i wass like yeah u see i have addons ... and macro`s ... and out of mana ... LOL
