      no need to lash out. bossland will get to you when he does. it's generally 2-3 business days. he got a lot of the issues solved yesterday, just be patient. Give him some time

      According to what I've read in other threads, Bossland (who is the only person that deals with payment issues) has been out of town.

      This past weekend was also a holiday weekend and we had a patch on Tuesday that made HB and GB inoperable. Have a little patience and I'm sure Boss will take care of you.

      well mate in my opinion. if u`ve payed with paypall and nobody has responded in 3 days you should write paypall for a refund.
      but then again its been 2 3 days of hollyday ... so everything gets messed up on hollydays. if u wait for another day i`m sure your problem will be sorted out

      currently the bot can't even be used, so give it some time to come up... until then, just wait. Bossland tracks that section =)

      You think yours is bad? Ive bought Lifetime 2 months ago, and still no Lifetime Status. And they refuse to give me back my refund....

      No offence but i think Boss should make something about this lifetime upgrades.Everyday you see alot of people QQ that they didnt get upgraded when paid. Simly auto upgrade when paid or more people to solve the problems.

      just because you bought life time does not mean it automatically shows up on your forum status. you need to go into your forum settings and bind your forum account to your shop account. we complily with all refund requests as long as they are done within a reasonable time frame, if he didn't, that means that ether you waited too long, or there was something else going on. if you didn't like it you could always of gone to your bank or card issuer and reversed the changes. now then if you bought lifetime have the transaction ID then make a new thread in the payments section so he can find it and then update your shop account to reflect this, if thats the case chances are the old thread just got burred among a pile of QQ's

      @RusVox: I went and read the original threads asking for a refund. Did you buy HB then upgrade to lifetime? According to the refund rules that Tony linked, refunds aren't granted for upgrades to Lifetime. Maybe that's why?

      I been waiting like... 9 days or so for my year service... but it deserved the waiting time :D now I'm an evul and proud botter XD while I'm posting here my priest is doing the homework XD
