GM have filter for words like hack and to me they replied very fast maybe its the same for bot

I will explain why i think addons like shut up is bad.

Well everything have to be pree entered, i dont know if shut up looks for specific words and response to them.

Responding with "I'm full-time roleplayer, you can't whisper me unless you are at my friend-list." makes no sence and will more likely make him report you for boting, the reporters know boters use auto response addons and are more likely to get a response from a botter then not.

Second i don?t hate people who report, i think you have to be 12 years old boter to hate the one that reports you, or well i stay away from those who will report and play safe so i dont get reported, what i am doing is not ok, i know it is wrong and it is something i chose to do and i take the risk of geting reported and if i am so what i don?t really care. i am the one that is doing something wrong not the one reporting me.

I have to agree with the others that say you did the wrong thing by responding. You either respond immediately, and are able to hold an actual conversation, or you don't reply at all.

By taking 30mins to respond, all you did was confirm you are a botter. I know if I said "reported" to someone and they finally responded 30mins later, it would be proof to me and a GM reviewing your account after a report might just feel the same way too.

I'm also not a fan of auto-reply tools. They seem pointless, as the only person I have ever known to use them are botters. Perhaps the odd donut will actually believe you use it for legitimate reasons, but I know I wouldn't.

Ive only used one auto talkie back in the day when I first started. It was a stand alone program and was pretty legit, but even it would mess up upon a users constant message spam. Even the smartest bot response is still going to seem rehashed and will get stumped. Id shy away from them and if your babysitter botting just use a whisper alert plugin like Redalert, and if your afk use sometype of thing that allows you to respond in real time with your phone.
Ya and responding 30 minutes later was like the absolute wrong thing to do. Who the hell can even do that besides a botter? "Oh hai! I was just alt tabbed while gathering this ore for the past 30 minutes... in fact my entire chat log has reset itself after that time but i magicly knew you messaged me.... Soo ya....... im like REALLY not a bot"

1/2 of those who whipsper reported dosn?t even report you.

replying will most likely not make you look less like a bot, well atleast not if you use badboy, a while ago someone ninjad my node as my bot was fighting a mob, well i was at the computer so i thought i write a line.

i just said "it is not nice to ninja nodes" got a reply " I only response to people on my friends list." so i went like "Well you should shange that automated response" got the same response back

Well i didnt report him, but anyone else would, and i don?t get it, if you are boting, then why ninja nodes? you get what 1 more node / hour? id it worth risking a ban?

Botting in twiligh highlands and some guy wispered me"fucking botter" "reported". So i come back 30 min later or so and see that so i wisper him and say "you wispered" lol. No response. So I say "People who see botters usually are botters and you look like your not responding and your in twilight highlands so I get reported or banned ill make sure to know who I should report back".

Is that good or did I just screw myself. I hate people who report.

Obviously they don't know the botters code not to report if he was a botter. Snitches get stitches! I get tons of follow botters in battle grounds that are way to obvious... i just kindly whisper them and tell them that the bot sticks out like a sore thumb and that they are about 1 BG away from getting banned...

Btw, why not.. Reply in russian???? Why has nobody thought of this. Or even better, make your own language up [Like a fusion between greek and russian that looks legit] on an auto reply. Youll definately come off as a retard, since most people assume non english speakers are complete noobs. And theyll stop bothering you.

well once you reply once, they will ask "Can you not speak english?" and so on while you reply the same line over and over in less then 0,01 seconds, it could work if you hade som sort of randomize of the words. but remember, many people do know russian, spanish or many other languages you might think of using, and replying in chinese? well then you muct be a chinese gold seller ehm..

I have had more whispers saying "reported" before I was botting than I do now. You just have to be smart about it.
