[Bot] PoolFishingBuddy - BetaTest

I'd suggest that you go into the bots config UI and enable "use water walking" and tick the "potion" option. Go buy yourself some waterwalking potions and your problem should hopefully be resolved

Hi iggi, got a problem with the bot. I have been using it without any problems a while ago, now I wanted to try it out again but it gives me an error. All included in the logfile below.

 

The bot works great but my luck with the sea turtle sucks
I ran this with an 85 druid fishing glass fin pools from 1 to 525 ,
the only fish he has ever cough , I have cornered the Ethereal oil market on my server LOL.
Thanks for a great bot Iggi and if you ever need any Ethereal oil just look me up

I tried to find (search) answer but in 61 pages impossible (search finds only threads where word is contained).

Can i get some help what is going on?

Does it say "No valid points returned by RayCast, blacklisting for 2 minutes." for any pool or just sometimes? It means, that the bot can't find any location to fish from.

 

Yea to all profiles and any pools :x ... strange because it worked like a charm past 3 days even got my mr pinchy
I was shifted to darkspear warrior ... but i think it is not a problem.
I ll try it again when i wake up.

 

Thanks for letting me know. I just wish there was something simple that stands there and fishes then scans for a trainer within like 200 yards and trains. I just need fishing up and I have everything to 525. :/

 

Maybe try to delete the settings file and set the bot up from scratch. The file is located in /HB/Settings/PoolFishingBuddy/.

I think this could be done by a plugin for Mr. FishIT.. Maybe you should start a request thread because I don't have the time atm.

 

Anyone having trouble training Valiance Keep, Borean Tundra? I'm using the Zuabros turtle farm scholozar basin. Everything works fine, but when it goes train at Valiance Keep it never lands and talks to trainer, it will just keep flying erratically over the trainer. There is no error in log, just says moving to trainer.

The logic for Honorhold should be: Flay to the entrance > dismount > mount groundmount > move to trainer.. Were you using this with druid and flight form or an other class? Need to look into it.

Not necessary! =]] Fishing from pools doesn't require any specific skill level.

 

Just keep dying... when I get attacked player keeps trying to swap pole and weapon not attacking just getting attacked anyway round this?

 

Maybe try an other CC and post logs please.

 

in the Volatile Fire Pools in Twilight Highlands, the one pool @ X="-4897.46" Y="-4597.351" Z="316.9253", I always flying onto the edge of the lava to fish. this obviously causes me to attempt to cast while taking fire damage, after the 10 casts it moves to a better spot. is there a way to prevent this from happening? or is this a mesh issue or whatnot?

 

@Fiendos : It happened to me when i had set the combat weapon to a weapon I had twice in my bag (Malevolence dps, Malevolence reforged for tanking), if that's your case try to put one in your bank....

 

1) why it`s setting Auto-Loot off ?

2) how to set looting killed mob at hotspot?

 

Currently there's no way to prevent this. I'll look into it and try to implement a way to detect lava.

1) Auto-Loot is set off because else it wouldn't log the loot properly. I need the loot window to be open to see what's inside and log it..

2) Currently there's no option to loot/skin mobs, herb and mine..I'm planing to add it in the future.

 

Mine seems to blacklist a lot of nodes on my pally. Using the uldum coastal profile.
