      Hey guys

Today i was thinking of if its really worth getting serious into the game. Like getting achievements, honor, gear etc. A lot of new MMO's will be released in the next couple of month so probably a lot players will quit. I just read that already 600000k had left. Is it to late to start getting serious? Or will the player base only go down from now on?

I would really like your opinions on this?

      Best Regards
      Darksnake :)

No one really knows the "death date" of WoW. So I'd say go for it. The new MMO's could turn out to be total flops. For instance, I think RIFT is a total bullshit game who obviously has been overrated and mimics wow in its every aspect.

This is just like the WarhammerOnline scenario, everyone will quit wow and then come back when they realise that every game in the MMORPG genre feels like WoW and Everquest. I say go for it.

Its ultimately up to you but I'm guessing wow will be around for quite some time. Even once the pve content stops coming in you can bet that blizzard will focus on balancing pvp out more so it can stay around even longer.
