Lol, this is funny, Three blizzard employee's said this "we regret to inform you that we have arrived at the same conclusion and the account action will not be removed under any circumstances." I copied and pasted the same shit and emailed to them, rather then put a ticket in (on the site) few hours later, ban was lifted
