Since lately I get to email about an account being closed lately, I've seen twice out of probably 20 emails in the last 2 weeks that come with a colorful blizzard background. Is that some sort of higher up admin?

The only other time I saw this colorful background attached to a reply was when they told me it was a final review and further attempts would be ignored, but this time it's when one of my accounts was compromised a second time. I didnt think they'd lift bans after being compromised a first time but after today I've successfully been banned on one account 3 times in the last 3 weeks and been "compromised" each time.

Its a good laugh but I cant bot more than a day or so before their automatic "Abuse of economy" email shows up in my mailbox. So far each of my compromises has been "call and retrieve account" but this third time for the one account requires ID this time.. maybe after I send in the ID they will lay off? Doubt it.

edit: appears the colorful backgrounds are "ingame support" but I only replied to an email, interesting how that works..

It's not a scam, I've been dealing with them a lot lately and its about removing a ban.
